The property was nice overall. It would be nicer if it had A/C. It gets pretty hot. The large gas BBQ that is pictured in the listing was not there. The bbq provided was a tiny electric bbq. I wanted to be able to cook outside on the bbq but wasn’t able to because of the change that does not match the photos.

Quiet location with nice trails that were perfect for walking with the family. Close to the beach, and the grocery store was very nearby. The place was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. Instructions were clear, privacy was respected, and both check-in and check-out were easy.Our kids loved staying in the bunk bed room and they loved it! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook family dinners, and there were many great restaurants close by as well. We go to Tahoe every year, and this has been the best place we’ve stayed so far. Thank you for the great and fast communication!

Great Reunion Locale

Several cousins met at Lake Tahoe for a reunion. Three couples stayed at our rental. The features offered were wonderful. The only disadvantage were the stairs as they presented a problem for some of our guests. I should have been more aware in selecting the rental. Other than that, we had a great time.

Perfect, quiet location

Our family loved this property. The location is very quiet, the condo was SUPER clean. Being a germaphobe, that meant a lot to me. We walked to the beach every day. The community pool is huge and lovely, but we only went once because, well, the beach...Property management was easily reachable and helpful. If we ever make it back to Tahoe, we would choose this property again. We did not end up bringing our dog with us, but the location would have been perfect for her as well!

Great location at the right price

Everything was as advertised. Very clean and neat. I spent a lot of time in the kitchen and sometimes condo rental kitchens can be hit or miss. This one has everything I needed. Close proximity to the lake made it easy for us to get some great family pics. Twice I reached out to office about about small issues and they were prompt in replying. We had a great stay

Carnelian Bay Condo

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo itself was nice. It was clean and pleasant. However we did have an incident where my granddaughter fractured her fingers a few days before our rental period. We asked to reschedule our stay by a couple of weeks and we were told we would completely forfeit our money and there was no accommodation for emergencies. They did say if they could re rent the property in 2 days we may get some refund. Clearly that is a very low probability. I wish due to an emergency they would have been more accommodating. We were willing to provide proof and pictures. As it was 3 of the 8 people came the 1st day and 3 came the second and we left the 2nd night. We made the best of it but the trip was ruined.

We do want to note that travel insurance was offered twice during the reservation process, as it is specifically designed to help protect guests in the event of unexpected emergencies such as this. While we try to be as accommodating as possible, which not only included the Travel Insurance offering, but the additional offer of attempting to re-rent your cancelled time. Our cancellation policy remains in place for all reservations. We hope your granddaughter is recovering well

This house was wonderful for my family and I (5 adults and three children). The house was very clean and cozy. We were right across the street from a cute coffee shop and then just 10 minutes from Kings Beach, which was so beautiful! We realized the grill was slightly smaller than pictured, but that wasn’t too much of an issue. Oh and be sure to hold the handle for the whole flush in the second (main) floor restroom otherwise, the water runs. Those are small things, for the price and location, and ease of check-in, this place was great!
