This renovated home is decorated beautifully and ready to be your next vacation spot. Inside you will find a formal dining room, a living room with a wood-burning fireplace and breakfast area, and a kitchen with regular and Keurig coffee makers. The screened-in back porch and deck are perfect for use of the gas grill, and overlook a beautiful backyard, many feet of waterfront, and a private boat dock available for your use! The home is in a quiet slough with mostly full-time residents and a neighborhood quiet time of 10 pm. The property is a 35 minute drive to Auburn. Please note that there are many stairs leading down to the water. No pets allowed. No smoking allowed. Exterior cameras are in place for security purposes. Boat Rental Information: Harbor Pointe Marina, Lakeside Marina, and Bay Pines Marina are all nearby.
