Not only does it offer wonderful neighborhood amenities such as tennis courts, playground and marina- but includes a large personal hot tub for year round fun! Feel at ease with a fully fenced lot that adds extra safety for your pets and little ones. This home is perfectly situated near two neighborhood restaurants, offers peak-a-boo water views and is a very short, 3 minute walk to the beach!

My sons 16th birthday

We came down to Galveston, for my sons 16 birthday , with family and friends. The house was clean and had a great setup. Convenient location great neighborhood love the fact there is a restaurant in the neighborhood. Great amenities, downstairs was a hit with the kids. Beach is within walking distance. The kitchen is a nice size and has everything u could need to cook your family a hot meal. Hope to come back soon

House was great it was clean close to the ocean and plenty of room loved the downstairs area would recommend!!!!

Excellent Beach House

Large, spacious, well kept property with plenty of amenities. Owner provided A+ communication. Super easy beach access, great location. Would stay here again.
