Experience serenity in this fully re-modeled modern 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo! Our home offers an open floor plan and comes with a new leather sofa & recliners. With wall mounted TVs, and a decorative electric fireplace this home will surely create a vacation you will not forget. Our beach condo is Professionally managed - Sanitized with On Site staff 7 days a week!

Shorebird 146 is very peaceful with partial ocean views from the living room, master bedroom, and patio. This home is on the beach level - so no stairs to climb, with beach access just a few steps away. This condo faces Santa Cruz which provides beautiful sunsets. Cook up some barbecue in your own patio with a propane BBQ, located in the chest outside, and enjoy the fresh ocean breeze.

Free high speed wireless. Remodeled living room and kitchen provide a lavish atmosphere perfect for a family of 4-6. Master bedroom has an exquisite King sized bed and guest bedroom has two comfortable queen sized beds.

Santa Cruz is a short drive away and great fun for the kids and the young at heart. Take a trip to Monterey Bay Aquarium, Fisherman's Wharf, Cannery Row, and the great restaurants in Monterey, as well as great restaurants and shops just a few miles away in Moss Landing. Carmel and Big Sur are wonderful day trips as well!

There is a lobby store inside the north gate (look for the 'Shorebirds' entrance sign) that sells beer and wine, as well as clothing, gifts, and snacks. You can also borrow a movie for free while you’re there, and pick up the daily newspaper, hot coffee, free sports equipment, ice, and nearly anything you may have forgotten. Take a look at the fabulous kites as well and other Pajaro Dunes souvenirs!

Spend family fun playing Pickle Ball, tennis or basketball with courts located on site. Stop by our lobby where we offer an assortment of loaner sports equipment for our renters including pickle ball sets! Have a splendid time gathering seashells, sand dollars, watching seabirds and maybe even a sea otter! Bask in the sunshine and breathe the ocean air at the Pajaro Dunes Resort!

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Return furniture to its original location. Close all window coverings. Turn off all appliances and heaters. After loading the dishwasher, please do not leave any dishes behind in the sink.
Remove all recycling from home to outside bins.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great place right on the water

We had an amazing stay, we walked along the beach and we even saw Sea otters playing near the shore. Resort grounds are beautiful and my unit was very nicely decorated and clean. We will definitely be back.

Lovely Unit

Lovely unit, about 30 seconds to the ocean. Very comfortable. We loved the fireplace! Also the open kitchen was wonderful to cook in.

Beautiful property

We hadn’t been to Pajaro for sometime. This a beautiful updated unit that fit 4 adults and 1 baby very comfortably. Very clean, accommodating and friendly staff and beautiful surroundings. We will definitely be back!

Nice Stay

The rental unit was clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything you needed. The WiFi worked well. Steps to the beach with views of the dunes and ocean from the unit. The second bedroom had two queen beds, which worked well for the teens in our group. Walked around the lagoon in the morning and played pickleball one day. Pajaro Dunes is in a good location, between Monterey and Santa Cruz. We had some great weather, and the sunsets were breathtaking. Check in was easy and the checkout process was simple.

Condo was perfect for the two of us. The second day of our stay we lost Wi-Fi and did not have for the rest of our stay. Apparently the association was updating equipment but we received no notification.
