About this property

Awesome bayside condo with spectacular view

This condo is very special. In a quiet resort the 3 bedroom 2.5 bath condo has a wrap-around deck that gets the most spectacular sunrise/sunset views. Watch dolphins each morning from the deck, enjoy the pool or bay activities and appreciate the convenience of shopping, restaurants and all forms of entertainment available in the Orange Beach/Gulf Shores area. A short 8-minute drive (4.3 miles) from the condo gets you to Cotton Bayou Public Beach.

The master bedroom looks out over the bay and pool and has it's own deck entrance, walk-in closet and jetted tub.

Two other bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. Both bedrooms have a full-size bed and one bedroom has a day bed that can be expanded to a full-size bed.

7 night minimum rental (per condo association rules). Renters must complete a short rental form upon arrival and all condo association rules must be adhered to.

Wonderful quiet family retreat

We arrived on Friday and already had door code. The only requirement was filling out a paper with our information. The view from the balcony was amazing! The condo was equipped with everything we needed. The pool was huge and very clean. We would absolutely stay here again.
