Great location, easy to get around. Comfortable living room with spacious seating. WiFi worked well. Nice to have access to Netflix. Towels and linens are plentiful and nice. Having some toiletries and kitchen supplies a plus.
Oven needs cleaning and nooks and corners dirty. Bed not comfortable.

I personally clean my property and past reviews speak for themselves. Check in time is 4:00pm. Jerry repeatedly asked to check in at 12:00 pm. I had guest that had left at 11:00 am. I informed Jerry that the unit had to be cleaned, laundry washed and beds made before I could allow check in. I did allow them to check in at 3:30 once cleaning was finished. Jerry and his guest sat several hours at the end of the driveway waiting while I cleaned. Hollering and asking me was I finished as I would take trash out. They did keep my unit clean but were very rude while waiting after being told repeatedly I would let them know when the unit was ready.
We stayed here to attend the Bristol Nascar Race and it was perfect! Communication with Rhonda was great. Property was clean, well stocked and very comfortable for 4 adults. We would highly recommend for a great place to stay while visiting the area and also for attending a Nascar race. Thank you for a great weekend!
Property exactly as represented in listing. Host very informative before our arrival. We would recommend the property and will consider staying here again if the need arises.
This is a very comfortable and well-appointed town house conviently located minutes from the Barter Theatre, the Virginia Creeper Trail and fun places to hang out. We especially liked Wolf Hills Coffee and Tumbling Creek Taproom (cider!). Our host, Rhonda, was very nice and responsive. We had one lamp without a bulb and she brought a new one right over. She also brought salt for the steps when we mentioned they were slippery. We will definitely stay again.
Clean house. Communication with host was excellent. Directions of arrival and departure were clear. Property location was great. Quiet and safe neighborhood.
Every year we visit Abingdon to see family. Two years in a row we have stayed here. It is a very homey place and the Roku streaming allows us to watch some shows we like when we have downtime. It’s a quiet area and very convenient for visiting Abington and other places. Rhonda has done a nice job appointing the place. and she is responsive to text or questions. it’s nice that they’re two bathrooms, though they are tad small.
Unfortunately we stayed here during the aftermath of Hurricane Helene, we live in Asheville. The place was great. Clean, quiet neighborhood, easy access to Abingdon. Would certainly come again. Maybe just to have the Gyro from Greeko's Grill & Cafe :)
The place was better than advertised. Clean great location. Convenient to everything in Abingdon. Easy to find. Host could not be nicer. Overall couldn’t have been a better experience
We were only in town 1 night to attend a concert in Bristol. The townhouse was conveniently located near the Interstate. Clean, comfortable and well furnished.
What a comfortable stay we had at this nice unit. Very clean and well sstocked with everything you could need. The host was very responsive and I look forward to staying again.
