Air Conditioned? Yes!!!

Only few condos at Kiahuna are Air Conditioned. We are excited to announce that as of Sep. 2, 2021, our condo is fully air conditioned.

Kiahuna Resort is 35 acres of landscaped, manicured lawns and gardens. This oceanfront resort is just steps away from the beach. It’s the perfect location, only 4 miles from Allerton Garden, 45 minutes to the top of the Waimea Canyon and 1 hour to the North Shore.

The Condo: The bright, airy, penthouse suite, comes with free Wi-Fi, large screen TV, full kitchen, a separate sitting area with a pull-out sofa bed. It is located in building 18
We used the COVID shutdown to upgrade the Condo :

🏖 Resurfaced kitchen cabinets,

🏖 New granite kitchen counters,

🏖 New coffee table, end tables, console table,

🏖 New fridge, microwave, dishwasher

🏖 Fresh paint of interiors

This suite is a penthouse unit, and has partial views of the ocean from your furnished lanai.

Ceiling fan in the sitting area. Tower Fans in the bedroom and the sitting area.

Full bathroom with shower.

Sleeps 4, King size bed in the bedroom and Sofa bed in the sitting area.

With the partial ocean view we still felt close enough to enjoy the sounds of the beach.

My wife and I had a great stay in this unit. The cooler, chairs, boogie boards were a great touch. Easy walking distance to the local shops / restaurants. The happy hour at Kalapaki Joe’s was the best! Would stay here again.

Had a bit of confusion/miscommunication about the building number when we arrived in the middle of the night, but everything was smooth after that. Great location, clean unit, and quick communication with the host. We stayed with our two young kids and they loved it. We would absolutely stay here again.

Rashid is excellent host

After 10 days in Hawaii at three different resorts, this was our favorite location. Sheraton Beach was our favorite beach for the sun, lack of rocks, and perfect surfing waves (for beginners). It’s much nicer than Poipu Beach, and only right around the bend! This condo has a great view on the best beach.
