We had a wonderful vacation! The house was well equipped, loved having a pool in the yard and communication with the owners was easy. It was a quick walk to the beach and the ocean was amazing. We’d highly recommend this house!

The heated pool and privacy of the property provided hours of relaxation and rejuvenation for our family. The beach access made the walk to the ocean a breeze and was so easy. The kitchen was well equipped with all that we needed to stay in and prepare meals onsite. We had a wonderful experience!

We had a delightful stay. The house was convenient to the beach, well equipped and spotless. Our hosts answered our couple of questions promptly and provided thoughtful amenities to get us started. We used both the heating and AC during our stay & both worked perfectly. Very happy to recommend this house and our hosts.

We felt so lucky to find this house for our family vacation. Having the guest house was ideal for our group. The house is very spacious. When privacy was needed for remote work it was super easy to find a quiet space. The kitchen is great. A couple of things we really appreciated are the nice appliances and also having plenty of paper products and cleaning supplies on hand. The pool area is really nice and secluded. The path to the beach is just out the back gate which is very convenient. We’ve been coming to HHI for about 20 years now and we all agreed this is one of the top places we’ve stayed. Jonathan was kind enough to reach out on the day of our arrival to let us know the house was ready just a few minutes early which was really appreciated since we’d had a long drive. Overall just a seamless and easy trip from start to finish. I should also mention the beds are very comfortable. We hate to leave!

Loved our stay, excellent location, beautiful pool, and walk to the beach. It was just 2 of us, but there was so much room if you have lots of people. Our dogs loved watching squirrels. Bring little things like coffee filters and spices. We'd 10/10 stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at this house. It’s a quick walk to the beach. The pool area is all fenced in so didn’t notice much road noise. The house was clean with plenty of space and beds. We cooked several nights had everything we needed. Quiet area but also close to restaurants and grocery store. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay! The home was very clean with ample towels for all! The very short walk to beach was so wonderful to catch sunrises and sunsets each day. Kitchen had plenty of cook wear which was so nice since we brought groceries and cooked most every meal. Great location too!

We had a wonderful stay at this Hilton Head home and would definitely recommend it, especially for larger groups. The location was fantastic—just a short walk to the beach, which was never overcrowded and gave us plenty of space to spread out and relax. It was also incredibly convenient to Coligny Plaza, with easy access to shopping and restaurants. The house was exceptionally well stocked, and we really appreciated all of the beach gear that was available. Having two refrigerators was a huge plus for our group, and the converted garage with the ping pong table was a favorite hangout spot. The pool was also a great place to cool off after spending time at the beach. The beds were very comfortable, and the home easily accommodated everyone in our group. The owners were extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, this is a fantastic property in an unbeatable location. We had a great experience and would happily stay here again!

The property and hosts were terrific! Anyone who chooses to stay here should have a wonderful time. Plenty of space for a family to enjoy time together. Cook some hamburgers on the grill and enjoy the pool. It is a private setting with immediate access to the beach path. The beach is literally a short walk away. This property is also close to shops, restaurants, and the bike path. Thanks again for a wonderful week and we hope to come again. George and Suzanne and family
