Enjoy beautiful ocean views from this updated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo located on the top floor of the building. Experience oceanfront living on the north side of Rehoboth Beach, just steps to the sand and the Boardwalk! This condo offers an updated open kitchen fully stocked for all your cooking needs, updated bathrooms, a new smart TV in the living room (no cable), new king bed in MBR, and new ceiling fans in all the living areas.

This unit also offers wonderful views from its two full size balconies—one off the living room and one off the MBR. Relax on your two balconies while enjoying sweeping views of the ocean and Gerar lake, the peaceful sound of the waves, and gorgeous sunsets!

Walking distance to all the action--restaurants, bars, shops, Funland, and the heart of downtown Rehoboth. You won't have to get back into your car (until you have to check out!)
The building offers covered and secured parking, a pool with sun deck, coin laundry, free wi-fi throughout, bike racks and assigned storage for your beach gear.

Our Home Away From Home

Overall love the unit, this was our 15th year renting here, it's feels like our home away from home. We enjoy the large TV and content subscription for nighttime. The king bed is very comfortable. Our only criticism is that the pots and pans need to be gone through. Thank you for sharing your condo with us.

Great stay - Awesome location!

The location of this property can’t be beat! Literally walk out onto the boardwalk and then the beach. It was great having not one but 2 balconies overlooking the ocean!

Very Good

Everything was great except the WiFi. The WiFi was not strong enough to run my virtual workspace on my laptop. There was a lot of lag which was frustrating. The wifi worked fine for our devices (phones,iPad) and general laptop requirements but my virtual workspace needed a stronger signal. I cut my stay short one day due to my inability to work efficiently. The staff was very nice and helpful and the unit was perfect and had everything we needed. We appreciated the abundance of wine glasses, wine opener, large coffee mugs etc. Temperature control was also appreciated as well as ceiling fans in bedrooms.

A room with a view.

The unit was very comfortable for our family. Love the location, close to the beach and boardwalk. We park our car in the garage and didn't need to move for the entire week. Had all the amenities we needed.

Very nice! It would be nice if there was an TV in master bedroom. If bed was placed on opposed wall, air conditioning from top ceiling wouldn't blow directly on guests when in bed. Intermittent hot water in guest shower, most of the time in late day all cold water. Sink had hot water in guest bathroom all of the time. Dana and maintenance folks were awesome! Pool was great. It was a great vacation week overall.

The service and amenities are excellent. The Unit is very beautiful and well kept. My only negative about the unit is the cleanliness of the floors and carpet. They look and appear very clean. However the bottoms of my daughters feet and my socks literally would turn black after walking around. I spilled a small amount of water on the kitchen floor and wiped it with a paper towel and the towel was literally dark gray. So the floors and carpet could use a deep clean. Other than that everything was absolutely amazing.

Another great year at One Virgina

We love our room and One Virginia. We have been coming here for over 25 years. The rooms are always very clean and wonderful. Dana and staff are incredible. Always helpful and kind. Can't wait until next year.
