Our sundeck has about 65 square meters of living space everything a vacationer's heart desires.

The beautifully located maisonette apartment is on the second floor of a well-tended apartment building.

In the bedroom you will find a high-quality double bed (1.80 mx 2.00 m) with innerspring mattresses, a flat-screen TV and cupboards for all holiday wardrobes.

The bathroom is perfectly equipped with a deep shower, underfloor heating and towel warmer to refresh yourself after a day at the beach or to warm up after an autumn day. A mirror cabinet offers enough space for personal utensils, a hair dryer is also available.

The kitchen has an oven, ceramic hob, fridge with freezer and a dishwasher. A microwave for the quick kitchen, coffee machine, toaster, egg cooker and kettle can also be used.

So that you don't miss anything in your vacation home, the living area is equipped with a comfortable couch and armchair (leather), a TV (flat screen), a Blueray player and a stereo. From the living area you reach the beautifully sunny balcony and a beech wood staircase to the upper area.

There are additional beds in the form of two single beds (90 cm x 200 cm) so that one or two children or accompanying couples have their own area. Another seat, a TV with integrated DVD player and a small reading corner invite you to linger.

The WLAN offers internet access in the entire apartment.

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung in Ordnung. Uns hatte nur gleich zu Beginn etwas sehr überrascht: Uns war eine Unterkunft mit 2 Schlafzimmern wichtig - leider war das 2. Schlafzimmer nicht durch eine Tür vom Wohnbereich getrennt, sondern offen durch die Treppe begehbar. Es fehlte also ein Rückzugsort für die zweite Person. Das sollte auf jeden Fall in der Unterkunftsbeschreibung erwähnt werden! Hätten wir das vorher gewusst, hätten wir uns eine andere Unterkunft ausgesucht.Leider war es auch ziemlich staubig und es gab bspw. nur 1 Weinglas. Das könnte man schnell ersetzen.Der Check-In war nicht der einfachste, aber machbar.Timmendorfer Strand ist aber auf jeden Fall immer eine Reise wert.

Kleine ruhige Ferienwohnung weit weg vom Meer

Nachdem wir die Ferienwohnung gefunden haben, war es etwas schwierig den Schlüsselkasten zu finden für die Tiefgarage. Dort angekommen ist dann auch der Tiefgaragen Parkplatz, wo ein ganz kleiner Kasten sich befindet wo dann auch mit einem Zahlencode die Türschlüsssl zu finden sind. Schlecht beschreiben ist auch wo der Eingang in der Tiefgarage sich befindet zu der Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung ansich ist sauber, gepflegt und ordentlich eingerichtet .Es ist alles wie beschrieben. Nur leider haben wir nur mit Hilfe von Nachbarn die Mülltonnen gefunden.Für den Besuch des Strandes wäre aufgrund der Entfernung ein Fahrrad oder ein Auto zu empfehlen, da es doch ziemlich weit weg ist..MFG Schlüssel für die Wohnung äußerstmiserabel äußerstmiserabel zu

Unterkunft war top!!! Der Ort Timmendorfer Strand ist auch ok, hat jedoch in einigen Punkten etwas enttäuscht. Einige Nachbarorte haben hier einen deutlich besseren Eindruck gemacht.

Schöne Wohnung mit toller Ausstattung

Wir hatten mit unseren beiden kleinen Kindern (5 und 7) eine schöne Woche in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung war toll ausgestattet. Es war alles vorhanden. Ein kleines Highlight für unsere Kinder war sicherlich die Wii. Bad, Küche und anderes Mobiliar machen einen neuwertigen Eindruck. Strand und Promenade waren sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne Ferienwohnung 1 km vom Zentrum

Neuwertige Ferienwohnung, in der wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Die Wohnung ist 10-15 Gehminuten (1 km) vom Zentrum Timmendorfer Strand entfernt und ist rückseitig der Hauptstraße gelegen. Die Angaben der Vermieterin waren voll zutreffend. W-Lan funktioniert allerdings nur über eine offene Verbindung (Hotspot). Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten.
