Bring the whole family - including the four-legged babies - to relax in this super cozy, tastefully decorated haven that’s as inviting as it is practical! With zero carpet and a design catered to families, you’ll feel right at home from the moment you step in.

This warm and welcoming retreat features a spacious Owner’s Suite with a luxurious KING bed, a second bedroom with two TWIN beds, and a third bedroom with a comfy QUEEN bed plus a standard-size CRIB for the little ones. TVs in every room.

Guests can start each morning with a fresh selection of individually-wrapped Folgers coffee, creamer, and a variety of tea flavors.

Create cherished family favorites in the fully-stocked kitchen, then relax in the inviting, cozy living room, or catch up on work in the convenient office space. Meanwhile, the kids and pups can run free in the spacious, fenced backyard, where they’ll love the firepit for roasting marshmallows and creating memories.

This home is made for comfort, fun, and family time. Come enjoy this charming retreat, just minutes from top golf courses and only 7 miles from Fort Bragg!

Guests can enjoy the convenience of seamless self check-in and check-out, along with full access to every area of the home - except for a small, locked supply closet tucked away in the second bathroom.

🚨Biweekly & Monthly stays available🚨

- Veteran-Owned Business

- Strict disinfecting/cleaning protocols will be adhered to to ensure your & your Family's health safety.

- Only dogs allowed; 2 MAX & under 25 pounds each; one-time non-refundable pet fee/per stay (not per pet).

- NO smoking/vaping inside the house or within 10 feet of any entry point. All doors and windows MUST be fully closed while smoking outside. Pick up after yourself and dispose it on the outside garbage can.

- NO hosting parties, or events, or get-togethers at the house. Only Guests on the reservation are allowed at the house. Visitors must be pre-approved first. There are cameras front & back to monitor amount of Guests.

- An encompassing Vacation Rental Agreement (VRA) is listed under the House Rules Tab. Please read it in its entirety to ensure our property will be the best fit for your stay.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items
Gather all used towels. Place WHITE towels in the laundry basket in the Laundry Room & BLACK make-up & GRAY kitchen towels inside the washer
Collect all garbage/cigarette/dog waste & place in the garbage container outside. Roll trash container out to the curb prior to checking-out
Turn-off all inside/outside lights & ceiling fans and ensure all windows and doors are locked
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
DOGS ONLY; 2 MAX; each dog must weigh 25 pounds or less. Dogs are not allowed on any beds or couches
White towels are for drying your body after showering only. Use black make-up towels to wipe make-up off. You'll be responsible for replacement costs
By proceeding with your booking, you are hereby agreeing you have fully read the Vacation Rental Agreement and will abide by it

Great location & super comfortable

Friends and I were attending an event at McCormick Farms so we knew the location was perfect, a quiet neighborhood only five minutes from the venue but still close to plenty of restaurants, shopping and Ft. Bragg. Upon our arrival, everyone was pleasantly surprised and impressed by just how comfortable and inviting the home was, the perfect place to relax with family & friends.
