During normal business hours (9am-5pm), please stop by the front desk to check in. If you plan to arrive after 5pm, please tell us, and we will give you after-hours instructions.

Our staff will provide you with:

-Wristbands (to be worn while on property, they cannot be loosened once tighten)

-Parking passes (one pass for the main garage (blue) and one for the overflow lot next to the building (orange).

-We provide a complimentary set of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, soap, and shampoo.

Most units have a washer and dryer, if your unit does not have a washer and dryer, please use coin operated laundry on the first floor as needed.

Please Note: The building security is managed by a separate company and enforces the building policies. The list of building policies can be found on the welcome packet, which will be provided upon check-in as well as the beach flag system and WIFI information.

It was a good vacation. The building was having some elevator trouble but it was alleviated on the 2nd day of our trip. The room itself was nice. There is a stain in the tub that my kids were worried about at first but it was fine. The balcony floor was bubbling- like the paint was lifting. If I had smaller children that would have been an issue. Since it was me and my teens (they didn't go out there), it was fine.

no basics

location WAS GOOD check in was a gong show. the front desk person had gone home. I tried to call the prop owner and left a mes with no return cal. I also e mailed the prop manager and no response. There were toe nail clippings on the couch. The basics left were questionable. 1 roll of toilet paper?? REALLY. My daughter had an upset stomach and that didnt last at all. The security people at the front were very helpfull. it would of been nice to have a whisk brush or broom for the room to pick up the sand for a 5 day stay. no basics I will rent a hotel the next time. i gave the prop manager contact a one star but doesnt deserve that.
