Property has everything, labeled and clean. Ages 17-80 can enjoy the property. Beds are so comfortable and the sleeping spaces are very quiet. Large gathering areas in addition to small nooks for quiet time. Can not recommend more

Girls getaway

Beautiful home with amazing views and beach access. Plenty of kitchen supplies which were great quality (which is often hard to find in rentals!) and sundries. Perfect for our little getaway! Would definitely stay here again and would be great for multiple families too!

Top notch stay

Fabulous beach front house and elevator icing on the cake for our mobility challenged friend. Super well stocked and equipped kitchen. Our check in issue was quickly resolved by the management team. Luxury at its finest. Highly recommended.

Excellent beach location

This home is everything the photos show. The open spaces were excellent for our 12 women to celebrate the bride to be. The open space concept with all the windows allowed the sun to shine in and us to enjoy the excellent beach views. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed. The bedrooms were very spacious. The close proximity to downtown Folly Beach allowed us to walk into town and visit the shops and restaurants.

House is better than advertised

It’s hard it’s to explain the openness and natural light of the home. It was perfect with lots of windows and views. There are 2 decks. The upper deck offers amazing ocean views and more privacy. The rooms are large and comfortable. The only problem is deciding who gets the incredible master bedroom which has its own ocean front sitting room. The kitchen has everything you need and is open to the main room. The home perfectly located as well just close enough to all the shopping and restaurants but far enough away from the pier to have some family privacy.

Best house we’ve ever rented!!!

We have been renting vacation homes for 20 years. We all agreed this was the best ever! Perfect location being right on the beach and walking distance to town! Having a 10 month old and 2 1/2 year old made oceanfront perfect for nap time and the elevator made it possible for 90 year old grandma to join us! Beautiful home both inside and out! The house was stocked with so many essentials. The owner thought of everything to make our stay just perfect. Already wanting to book for next year!

Annual Family Time

This was an excellent home away from home that included everything that was needed. It was ideal for our four kids in their own private quarters. As for the remainder adult accommodations, it was very comfortable with separate baths and privacy. The home was spotless and the owners were more than welcoming in providing forgotten items. The decor was very interesting! The location was ideal with the beach out front and Folly town only a few blocks away. There was no need for us to use the car. This was by far the best family vacation home we have stayed. And thank you for sharing this wonderful home. Also VayKLife made it easy to rent bikes and Boards as they delivered on time and pick up. Although we didn’t use it, there’s a golf cart available for rent which would have been easy to tour the town., maybe next time…Again we appreciate the opportunity and thanks.

The secret is out

We were excited about staying here from the pictures, and it did not disappoint. The views are spectacular, the location feels far from the hustle and bustle, yet you can walk right to the center of everything in 5 minutes. The house can handle a lot of people and everyone still has plenty of room when you need a little break. Can’t say enough about the decor which is artful and eclectic. And the provisions~I’ve never rented another house with so many things you always need, from a dash of crushed red pepper and some olive oil to hairdryers, flat irons and curling irons! This house HAS IT ALL and then some. We just hope we can get back here next year. And the beaches, they are equally impressive and you’ve got your own private access to and from. This is a dream property!
