Great Place!

The apartment is so cute and comfortable. Everything from check in to check out was easy. I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Ypsi. Way more comfortable than a hotel.

Great place for a several day stay

Wife and I stayed here while visiting family over a long weekend. Place was quiet and well-furnished. Superior to a hotel stay at lower cost. Recommended.

This is the cleanest and most updated apartment that I've stayed at. It's conveniently located to highways and main roads and downtown Ypsilanti. Parking is next to the apartment. The rooms and furnishings are spotless, the full kitchen has all appliances and dishes needed. There's even a bonus espresso machine! The living room has plenty of natural light and blinds for privacy. The TV and wifi are easy to use. The bathroom also is updated and very clean. The queen bed is very comfortable with hotel quality pillows, sheets, and blankets. The host responded quickly to a question.Highly recommend! I will request this apt during my next visit.

Great stay, very nice!

Clean, nice job on the recent remodel! Apt is very comfortable, bed was comfortable, kitchen was equipped with what you need and more. Bathroom had the normal amenities as well as q-tips and cosmetic squares. The Host was awesome, super responsive!! We would definitely stay here again!

Daughters first time to watch the Wolverines

Booked this location as it was fairly close to Ann Arbor, but more reasonably priced. While the outside of the building left somethings to be desired, the inside was updated, clean and cute. It was the perfect size for me and my daughter (I slept on the couch)

Good overall experience

We were thankful to find a place with propane heating and propane cooking, and it was especially nice to have such a good line of communication with the host. The downsides were: bad neighborhood, smelly sheets (detergent was quite smelly), and had to have a wifi router in the room with us rather than ethernet.Yet, overall, we were very thankful for the stay.

Hidden gem - centrally located.

Really cute place for one or two people. Well stocked and clean. Very homey and comfortable. Owner was responsive when needed. We were given instructions and codes before we arrived. List of expectations at check out posted in a clear concise manner. Very easy access to freeway. Would highly recommend.

Comfortable stay

The owner has done a lovely job of thoughtfully renovating the interior of this cozy apartment. It’s the perfect size for a couple. Wi-Fi worked great and we had plenty of accessible outlets. Parking is plentiful and check-in and check-out were very easy. We chose this apartment as a reasonable distance from Ann Arbor to visit our son. The location is very convenient to US-12 and I-94. We were initially concerned about being so close to Route 12, but the traffic was very quiet at night. It was a relatively quick drive into downtown Ypsi for dinner out.
