This villa has everything you need for a perfect holiday.
You enter the house and are on the first floor. From here you get into the large light-flooded dining room with adjoining open kitchen. The large massive dining table has space for 15 people.
Adjacent to the kitchen is the TV room, which can be separated from the kitchen by a sliding door.
From the living room and dining room you have access to a large terrace with a breathtaking sea view. From this terrace a staircase leads directly to the pool.
On the second floor there are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
All 3 bedrooms have 2 single beds, which can also be pushed together.
From all 3 bedrooms you have access to another terrace. From the beds you can enjoy the breathtaking sea view.
The house is perfect for summer holidays as well as for the low season.
The special features are: air conditioning in all bedrooms, underfloor heating, heated pool, flat screen TV in all bedrooms, a ping-pong table and Spanish programs.
Torreguadiaro offers many opportunities in summer two beach bars: Bahia Limon and Chambao.
But even in the off season are cozy restaurants and bars, kiosks, newspapers, pharmacy and supermarket in Torreguadiaro available.
Torreguardiaro is ideal for tourists who do not love strongholds and crowded beaches, but want to experience the original Andalusia. Nevertheless, one has the opportunity to reach the modern high-quality lifestyle life in the port of Sotogrande within walking distance. Ideal for golfers. Nearby are the following golf courses.
Cub de Golf Sotogrande, Golf Club La Cañada, Almenara Golf Club, Valederama Golf Club, San Roque Golf Club, La Reserva Golf Club.

This house was wonderful! So much more than the pictures/description give it credit for. We stayed with our four teenaged children, who absolutely loved it. A great location- just 10/15 minutes from the lively beach bars/port, but in such a quiet and chilled neighbourhood. Perfect! Nicole (who lives nearby) was brilliant and made our stay so smooth and easy. Would highly recommend and would love to stay there again.

Die Betreuung vor Ort war hervorragend! Jeder Wunsch konnte zur vollsten Zufriedenheit erfüllt werden. Viele nützliche Tipps, ohne aufdringlich zu sein.Man benötigt in jedem Fall ein Auto. Leider hat das Haus wenig Sonne am Morgen und am Abend. Kein Meerblick vom Pool. Ausstattung der Küche sehr gut.

Amazing property with excellent views

You know when people say ‘the pictures don’t do it justice’? Well that is certainly the case here. The property is superb. Looks great but with all the finishing touches needed to make a home from home. Brilliant pool (heated so even in April we used it every day without fail). Great living space indoors and out. Super strong internet connection (important for those teenagers!!) Host and local property manager both very responsive, accessible and flexible. I had to make a couple of changes pre booking and requested a later checkout and they were great with both. Location is nice, tucked away in the hill from the local village, close to everything you need but away from the roads ans noise. Would highly recommend!
