The comfortable estate with a swimming pool "Can Tomeu" offers great peace and privacy, and is located just 800 meters from the quiet town of Llubi, in the heart of Mallorca. A privileged location due to its proximity to all points of the island. This large house with capacity for 6 people has a fantastic landscaped garden, surrounded by lush grass, in which there is a large 10x5x2 meter swimming pool and a barbecue.



The exterior area has a pool for a refreshing swim with 6 sun loungers (including pool towels) and 4 umbrellas, where you can relax sunbathing, a furnished terrace with a large outdoor kitchen (with dishwasher and wood stove, without electric plates) and an outdoor bathroom with a shower perfectly adapted to enjoy all the amenities offered by the property's exterior area. On the terrace, there is a winter garden with a long table and a sofa corner with Smart TV with ceiling fans. Various outdoor areas to disconnect, rest, and be able to have breakfast or eat outdoors.



Another living room with a dining table, fireplace, and TV in the house. The kitchen is completely renovated, with a spacious island where you can comfortably have breakfast or cook.

The house has 3 bedrooms, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower are located on the ground floor. Two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds, each with an en-suite bathroom, also equipped with showers, are located on the first floor. From one of the two bedrooms or by a staircase from the outside, you can access a spacious rooftop terrace.

We cannot recommend this property and the owner /host anymore. The property was large, spacious, clean, comfortable, beautiful and homely! The property has everything you need for a large familygroup (we had 6 adults and one baby) to stay at the property during your trip, it is slow in a remote yet ideal location with everything on the island not too far by car. The owner was wonderful, bringing us fresh eggs and vegetables from his farm next door to the property as well as fresh baked goods from the village. His communication and the rental company was fast and helpful. The owner even arranged for a baby bath after I was told there wasn’t one. So thoughtful and kind. We would love to come back! Perfect home for a wonderful holiday! Thank you

Beautiful, spacious finca with large pool and friendly owner

The finca is great to host a family we were a family of four and had one set of grandparents stay with is as well. Every bedroom has its own bathroom and there are several options to seat everybody for meals both outside and inside. The pool was large and surrounded by beautiful plants. There is a separate fridge and dishwasher outside which is great when putting the barbecue on. Upstairs there is also a large sun terrace. Tomeu, the owner, has a huge vegetable garden next to the finca with chicken and roosters and he surprised us every few days with homegrown vegetables which tasted just delicious. Tomeu is very responsive and very service oriented and we had an amazing stay at his finca.

An excellent choice for a family holiday

This was the second time we stayed at Finca Can Tomeu (The first time being in 2018). We absolutely love this villa! It has everything a family needs for a great holiday. It's off the beaten track so a hire car is essential, & it's location is pretty central for days out so its ideal. The outside area is perfect! Lots of greenery and it's peaceful. The pool is really big and most of our days were spent in & around it. The outside loo & shower was a great bonus, meaning we didn't have to go into the main villa & wet all the floors just to go to the toilet. There are plenty of seats, sunbeds and a large bed outside too so plenty of options when wanting to catch some sun. We all loved the hammocks as well, a great way to chill & relax. Inside the villa, it has everything you need. The kitchen was updated since our last visit in 2018 & I must say it was great. Plenty of work surfaces, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher & lots of plates, bowls and utensils. The added bonus of having ensuites to each of the 3 bedrooms was also fab, meaning there was never a queue for the toilet or shower. The accommodation was very clean & tidy & it was an absolute pleasure to stay there for a week. The owner, Tomeu, was amazing. We had an issue with our hire car & he helped us so much, we are eternally grateful for everything he did. He went above and beyond what was expected. My family & I absolutely love this villa. I wouldn't change anything about it. The villa is perfect & has everything we needed.

Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine dans la Finca de Tomeu.Déjà nous avons appréciés les petits gestes du quotidien pour nous donner quelques oeufs, légumes et fruits que Tomeu cultive dans sa Finca. Aussi ils sont très réactifs sur les questions que nous pouvons avoir pendant le séjour et se rendent disponibles.Ce sont des gens de confiance et de parole c est rare. La maison est rénovée sur quelques pièces et même si le reste ne l est pas, elle est tout de même très propre, authentique, fonctionnelle et parfaitement accessible. L allée principale est très fleurie et arborée, une superbe impression a l arrivée.Les animaux de ferme, les poules, les oies, les coqs sont présents mais assez loin aussi pour ne pas gêner le repos et le sommeil, il faut tout de même veiller à bien fermer les fenêtres et les portes la maison est climatisée et très bien insonorisée. Les enfants ont adoré être au contact de la nature, des cultures et des animaux.Merci Tomeu, je te souhaite ainsi qu a ta femme, une belle continuation.Benito et sa famille.

Das Haus gehört einem sehr lieben älteren Pärchen die uns auch ständig Eier der eigenen Hühner und Zitronen und Orangen aus dem eigenen Garten angeboten haben. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet, jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Badezimmer.

Große Finca mit sehr viel Platz

Wir haben unseren Familienurlaub in der Finca verbringen können. Von Baby bis Oma waren alle vertreten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die sehr freundlichen Eigentümer haben alles daran gesetzt, damit es uns gut geht und waren immer erreichbar und haben schnell gehandelt. Wir wurden mit den Eiern der hauseigenen Hühner und Gemüse aus dem Garten versorgt. Trotz der enormen Hitze im August konnten wir die Tage gut aushalten, da es draußen, insbesondere unter der Außenküche und natürlich im Pool erfrischend war. Es ist natürlich nicht alles komplett neu in der Finca aber man sieht das schon viele Dinge, wie z.B. die Küche oder die Dachkonstruktion der Außenküche die vor kurzem modernisiert wurde. Aber auch neue Gartenmöbel sind hinzugekommen. Die Außentoilette am Pool ist tip-top. Das fand ich besonders nützlich und sehr angenehm. :) Das Poolhäußchen hatte bereits Luftmatratzen und Schwimmnudeln sowie ein Wassernetz vorrätig, so das auch hier der Badespaß gleich losgehen konnte. Als Mutter möchte ich noch den Tipp geben: wer Kinder hat, die gern in den Pool springen, sollten ggf. Schwimmschuhe mitbringen, da die klein-körnigen Steinplatten am Beckenrand auf Dauer die Zehen beim Abspringen leicht aufreißen können. In Allem können wir die Finca sehr empfehlen. Es ist sehr ruhig und an die Hähne im Morgengrauen kann man sich schnell gewöhnen. Die Finca ist weitläufig, so dass man auch in größerer Runde nicht aufeinander kleben muss. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, so dass das Kochen gut möglich ist. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

Tolle Finca mit mallorquinischem Urlaubsfeeling

Sehr schöne Finca für einen ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub. Außenbereich wunderschön mit vielen verschiedenen Sitzgruppen. Finca ist sehr sauber. Die Lage ist ideal wenn man die Insel mit dem Auto erkunden möchte. Ein paar nette Restaurants und Supermärkte sind fußläufig erreichbar. Die Besitzer sind sehr aufmerksam und freundlich, wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Tolle Finca für 6 Personen

Waren zu 6. mit Baby in CanTomeu. Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Das Highlight ist der große Pool und die voll ausgestattete Outdoor Küche die direkt daneben ist! Das Haus Ist schon etwas älter, ist aber sauber und hat in jeden Raum Klimaanlage! Die Lage ist ok, weiß man aber vorher schon. Man fährt ca. 15 zu Lidl, ca. 20-30 Minuten zum nächsten Strand! Der Besitzer ist super freundlich und hat uns Lebensmittel aus seinem Garten gegeben! Alles in allem top zufrieden! -

Das Objekt hat eine traumhafte Lage und sehr nette Vermieter. Es war alles was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt vorhanden. Die Arbeit der Agentur war schlecht. E- Mails mit Fragen zur Sicherheitsausstattung und zu einer Früheren Anreise blieben unbeantwortet. Anreiseinformationen erhielten wir 2 Tage vor Anreise erst nach telefonischer Mahnung.

Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben und der Vermieter sehr nett. Das Objekt ist zum Teil etwas außerhalb gelegen, aber mit dem Mietwagen lässt sich alles sehr gut erreichen.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dem Ferienhaus ”Can Tomeu”. Die Lage war wie angepriesen ruhig aber nicht weit außerhalb vom Ort “Lloseta”. Wir sind oft zum Strand in “Son Serra de Marina” gefahren – 25 Minuten Fahrt. Nach “Can Picafort” sind es nur 20 Minuten. Am Haus hat uns besonders der Garten mit Pool und Grillbereich gefallen. Das Haus selbst ist groß hat für 6 Personen mehr als genug Platz. Die Austattung ist gut.

A beautiful place to get away from it all. The owners were very welcoming and we had a plentiful supply of fresh fruit and salad from the garden and eggs fror breakfast. The outside living area is stunning and you have everything you need. The village is a 5 minute drive away, which has a supermarket, bakery and a couple of restaurants. Would defenitely recommend this property and can´t wait to go back !

Wunderschöne Ferien! Wir haben im Sommer 2 Wochen mit der Familie in der Finca Can Tomeu verbracht und eine tolle Zeit gehabt. Die Schlafzimmer sind schön gestaltet und jedes hat sein eigenes Bad. Die Küche ist riesig und gut ausgestattet. Wir haben nichts vermisst. Das “Winterwohnzimmer” haben wir nicht einmal benutzt, aber den Wintergarten gern zum Fernsehen Abends. Der Außenbereich ist sehr schön grün, gepflegt und durch die ungewöhnlichen Pflanzen fast tropisch. Im hinteren Teil der Finca, weiter weg vom Haus, gibt es Hühner und wir wurden vom Eigentümer mit frischen Eiern versorgt, als er zur Poolpflege vorbei kam. Die Lage ist idyllisch ruhig, aber man ist nicht weit weg von Llubi und mit dem Auto auch schnell am Strand (20 Minuten Fahrt). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in “Can Tomeu” und erinnern uns gern zurück an die schöne Zeit dort! Vielen Dank an den Eigentümer und die Agentur!

Tolle Finca, gute Lage, sehr freundliche Besitzer, sehr schöner Außenbereich Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Preis Leistung passt hier sehr gut. Man kann alle gut mit dem Mietwagen erreichen,hne wirklich lange Fahrzeiten, und zu Fuß ist Llubi auch in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Außenküche ist toll, auch innen fehlt nichts, ohne dass man nicht klar kommen würde. Schön ist der Garten, in dem man auch selbst ernten konnte. Innen war auch alles in Ordnung, wobei wir uns da auf Grund der Jahreszeit kaum aufgehalten haben. Würden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.
