This wonderful stone villa is located in a small village called Ičići, near the popular resort of Kvarner - Opatija. The villa has 4 double rooms, 1 room with a single bed and a small extra bed, and can accommodate a total of nine adults and one child.

On the ground floor there is a spacious living room and a modern kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances (dishwasher, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, microwave), 2 rooms and a bathroom. In front of the living room is a covered terrace with seating. Upstairs are three bedrooms and three bathrooms.

The central location in the green courtyard of the villa occupies a large swimming pool of 55 m2. Around the pool there are sun loungers, umbrellas and a barbecue. The courtyard, as well as the terraces of the villa, offers a magnificent view of the Kvarner bay.

The villa is fully fenced, has three parking spaces and a garage, a washing machine and offers free Wi-Fi.

It is located near the cycle paths and hiking trails and at the foot of the Učka National Park. The nearest shop and restaurant, as well as the nearest beach, are just 400 meters from the villa. There is also a marina nearby where you can dock your boat (for a fee).

The villa is extremely luxurious and modern equipped and offers everything you need for an unforgettable holiday.

Near the villa is the most famous tourist resort in Kvarner, Opatija. Opatija offers many great restaurants, beautiful beaches and gardens and lots of fun for children and adults.

Perfect family retreat

The property was perfection - incredible home in an incredible region. Icici is a terrific, calm area with a magnificent sea-side. From icici, it was simple to rent a boat, take a water taxi to neighboring towns, purchase fresh foods at local markets, and enjoy the historic town of Opatija only 5 minutes away. The homeowners were warm, generous, and thoughtful.

Tolles Haus in schöner Umgebung

Wir waren zu acht (4 Erwachsene und 4 Teens) in dem Haus, in dem man bis zu zehn Personen bequem unterbringen kann. Der Pool ist toll, die Zimmer groß, die AC ist noch nicht in jedem Zimmer installiert, aber bei offenen Zimmertüren kommt die kühle Luft überall hin. Das alte Haus ist liebevoll restauriert und man findet alles um sich dort wie zuhause zu fühlen. Die Besitzer sind sehr freundlich, sprechen fließend englisch und sind mega unkompliziert. Icici ist ein reiner Ferienort und der Strand ist voll und laut (im August). Aber wer Programm möchte, kann zwischen Hüpfburg, Beachvolleyball, Bars und vielem mehr wählen. Zum Strand kommt man über einen (etwas steilen) Fußweg innerhalb von 15 Minuten. Die Nachbarorte Opatja und Lovran laden zum Bummeln und Verweilen ein. In Summe haben wir zwei wunderschöne Wochen dort verbracht und haben uns keinen Tag gelangweilt. Nochmal vielen Dank an Sabrina und ihre Familie!
