This is an awesome 3 bedroom 2 bathroom located in Kissimmee, Florida. Quiet, one floor with no neighbors above or below you!

The living room boasts a SMART TV and two sofas. One huge brown leather couch, and a futon that turns into another bed! Giving you access to Netflix, HBO, etc and access to the free Wi-Fi. This will lead you into the dining area that can seat up to 8 people, perfect for entertaining. The condo itself has two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other has a tub. Temperature is controlled with the smart thermostat for your comfort and easy check in through our smart lock!

Neighborhood felt safe. The home was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Extras that really added to our comfort and made it feel homey (extra soft blankets, plushies for the kids, plenty of pillows) Erica Young (host) responded to messages quickly. Clear and detailed instructions for check in and check out.

Needs a refresh

The whole place needs a refresh. The pillows were flat the furniture was well worn . The bathroom shower in master bedroom had mold . The kitchen was clean but needs cabnets refresh . They had a quick response to the bathroom door being locked and the matter was taken care of . The neighborhood was quiet and close to the parks . We were only at the unit to sleep . 😴 there were no trash bags . There were not enough towels for all of us we had to wash towels everday . We had Only 2 wash cloths . We purchased wash cloths to use . We enjoyed our stay but i go by the pictures listed and like all rentals they are never updated .

As an owner of a condo in RPB and other locations I would not stay at this rental condo again

- Smart Lock on Exiting was a problem throughout the 7 days - Ceiling Fan in Lounge was missing a lamp cover and lamp switch was broken - Exterior Entry Lamp Bulb was not working and was replaced by renter with a 75w LED -En-Suite Shower Ron Sink was blocked, renter had to purchase Drain-O to unclog sink - Privacy lock at Main Bathroom not working - Erratic temperature control setting at Smart Thermostat - Housekeeping and cleanliness of unit was truly unsatisfactory, replace Housekeeping contactor - Rear Patio was filthy with leaves and debris, could not be used - No safe for security of small personal items - Water & Ice Dispenser at Fridge/Freezer broken - Small Insects everywhere in Kitchen especially on counters, condo extermination required - There were other issues noted but generally the unit requires some upgrade and more hands-on management - I would suggest the owner (s) of this unit plan an inspection of units 21 and 72 where the rest of my family stayed during the week of 11/5 thru 11/12, they both were at a standard that I am sure VRBO expect !

Perfect for Disney or GKTW visit

We really enjoyed our stay here during our visits to Disney and Give Kids the World Village. It was close to both. There were plenty of food and shopping close by as well. The house was decorated cute and there were some nice amenities that were good to have. All the necessities were provided. We had 6 children on our trip with us and they were comfortable as well. The condo is the last one on the lane and it made it nice and quiet.

All the parks are in a 15 minutes to 30 minutes away distance, close by Orange Convention Center, International Drive , The Premium Outlet, Millennia Mall, Florida Mall , dinning and nightlife entertainment. The property is in the proximity of supermarkets, shopping, entertainment. Easy commute to everything through close highways.

What makes this property unique

My villa is a single story house with just 1 neighbor on our left! Located on a corner with a ton of privacy away from the main roads. Each piece of furniture was delicately picked out to curate an oasis away from home. Perfect for a vacation, and great for some peace and quiet.
