The location was fantastic and the host was responsive. Our issue was with the unit itself. The shower curtains were moldy. The bathroom was not cleaned properly, there was hair from prior guests on the sink. We were reserved for six people, and there were exactly 6 towels slightly larger than a hand towel. One of them having a bleach stain. When we arrive, there was a smell smoke.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you appreciated the location and our responsiveness. As previously communicated prior to your arrival, the check-in time had to be slightly adjusted because the prior guest left the unit in unacceptable condition, including smoking inside a strictly non-smoking property. We informed you about this in advance so that additional cleaning and deodorizing could be completed before your arrival. While we did perform extra cleaning, it’s clear that some details did not meet our normal standards, and for that we sincerely apologize. The shower curtain has been replaced, cleaning protocols have been reinforced with our team, and we have implemented an additional inspection checklist to prevent similar issues in the future. Regarding towels, our standard setup includes 4 full-size bath towels and additional 2 hand towels in each bathroom. We are reviewing inventory to ensure everything is consistent and in proper condition. We truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve and maintain high standards for future guests.
