Family vacation

Overall enjoyable stay. Amenities were a nice add. We did mini golf and the whole family enjoyed that and the different pools were nice. Condo was nice. Nice neighborhood and the host was good with communicating any questions we had during our stay.

Wonderful condo!

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was extremely clean and offered everything to make it our home away from home. The kitchen and washer/dryer were helpful with small kids. Fantastic location close to many restaurants and Disney parks. Mary was great to work with, would highly recommend this place to stay!

Nice stay in a nice house.

The condo was roomy and clean. Had everything I needed for my stay. The only issue I had was the appliances can run a tad loud, but its only a concern if you ate staying in the house a lot. Mary was super responsive and helpful. I would definitely rent again!

Great location to parks. Nice safe area. Keep in mind Lots of stairs to go up and down to condo. Had some issues that were resolved in a timely manner but did put a damper on things. All in all a good place to stay.

This condo was amazingly clean and roomy. It was very comfortable and in a great community with nice amenities. The owner replied me immediately when I had a question once I arrived. We loved the unit and it was perfect for my family. We were there for the UDA Nationals so we didn’t spend much time to enjoy the amenities, but the unit was perfect for relaxing after a long day. Mary reached out every step of the way and was very helpful.

Great place

We stayed here for my two daughter’s AllStar Worlds Cheer Competition. It was perfect for 6 of us. It was clean, private and a great location. It was within 1/2 hr to the convention center and Universal. 15 minutes away from grocery store and gas station. No one knew anything about the zip line and rock climbing across the street though that was supposed to happen at a discounted price. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location and very comfy bed!

We loved the bed. It was very very comfy. The space itself was great. We had an issue where the smoke detecor went off overnight and the owner came quickly to replace it. I felt terrible that I thought it was a high one we couldn't reach but it turned out to be one we could reach so I apologize for that Mary! But she was very responsive and attentive. There were quite a bit of ghost ants if we left anything out they were in it the next morning. But overall was a great visit.

My name is Mary, the owner of this unit. I have two girls myself and enjoy coming down to visit family, the Disney parks and local beaches. I have owned this home since 2012 and take pride in managing the unit myself to make sure this home is comfortable, clean and cozy for my family and all families coming to visit. As my girls got older and our schedules got busier, I realized that I can't spend as much time there. Now, I rent this out to give other families the opportunities to make wonderful memories that my family have been able to enjoy.

Why they chose this property

I love the property for many reasons. The main one is the proximity to all the parks, the shopping, grocery stores and restaurants. It has a full kitchen that allows me to provide home cook meals for my family while we are away. My girls love the pool if we plan on staying in for the day too.

What makes this property unique

I believe cleanliness and location are the most critical when choosing a place to stay. We are remodeling in phases, so recently replaced mattresses, bedding, washer/dryer, paint, carpet and more. We will continue to update the unit as our budget allows. We hope that in return our guests take care of their home just like their own.
