Beautiful condo and beautiful view. We got to see many dolphins in the bay and one even came up right next to the condo during high tide. I would definitely recommend and hope to return!

Super clean and a very well equipped kitchen. My only recommendation would be to replace the bed pillows. They were pretty flat. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Very convenient and reasonably priced. I was in town to help a friend with the recent loss of her husband and this place gave me a relaxing respite from the sorry and stress.

Wedding plus

We booked to attend a Charleston wedding. The location allowed for close entertainment when not at the wedding. Folly Beach was fun 15 minutes to get to the actual beach. Bars and restaurants were closer. Typical drive to to Charleston was 30-40 minutes to attend wedding activities or sightsee. House amenities were very good. Met some of the dull time condo residents were very nice. I do recommend bringing a Roku or fire stick which will help reduce logging in time. The TVs were large smart TVs so you don't need to bring anything. Kitchen was well equipped. There was only one hair dryer when we arrived. There are now two.. Would definitely rent this location if coming back to the area Would also rent any property managed by this company.

Great location

Beautifully updated condo in a prime location! Could use a new cleaning crew as sheets weren’t changed and there were clothes left behind from the previous renter. I suggest they get a lock of some sort due to the locals coming in to use the pool at random times throughout the day.
