Great getaway

Weekend getaway with family. Great location with beach just right up the road. Not far from things we planned to do. House was very clean and spacious with great amenities and cool decorations. We enjoyed the dock and loved the back porch. We’ll definitely return!

We needed a Vrbo for 2 nights so we could meet with the builders of our house.

Better than the pics. A short walk to the park beach, boat launch or road into the marsh. I'm so glad we are moving to this area.

Beach football weekend

Cottage was an authentic Florida fishing cottage with knotty cedar walls and cabinets. Location is amazing…Mashes Sand beach which is walkable was beautiful with beach chairs to watch sunrise it is amazing and shallow for kids. Also loved the pop up books and movie posters.

Very comfortable and inviting. Roomier than it looks in the pictures. Dock is great but watch low tide if you’re out on a boat that’s not meant for shallow water. Overall great experience and owner was great.

This Was My Second Stay in this House

I just Love this House. It is perfect for us to get away from the hustle of our busy lives. We are close to the Boat Ramp here at this house, so we are out on the water every day Fishing. Working with the Homeowner is easy and he is very kind.

Close to the beach

Very clean property. Close to Mashes sand beach....about half mile. Plenty of room for everyone. Outside shower a plus with going to the beach. About 45mins to Tallahassee. Carabell beach was about 22mins. Very nice stay with the fam.

This is an absolutely beautiful home away from home. The pictures simply do not do it justice. Super clean and tidy. Comfy furniture and beds. Great Weekend with the Girls

We really enjoyed this house; it is a hidden Gem. Working with the homeowner was easy and so was getting everything booked for our weekend. If you are Looking for a Quiet Place to get away from the Hustle and Bustle of the world this is your place. Just a short few minutes away from Alligator Point and right down the street from the best place to watch the sunrise. All the locals come every Saturday & Sunday Morning to watch the sunrise at Mashes Sands Beach. We made lots of Great Memories on our stay in this house. What are you waiting for.....Book this House!!
