The 2-room apartment (44m²) for 2-4 people has a large balcony that can be reached from both rooms. The door windows (with mosquito repellent) in both rooms have shutters. All rooms are equipped with floor tiles, which is particularly dog-friendly.

In the living room there is a cozy coach that can be pulled out to a double bed (140 × 190) with lots of pillows, a TV with DVD player and 2 armchairs. On the shelf under the TV there is a wooden game collection with many board games.

The bedroom offers a comfortable double bed (separate mattresses (200 × 90), a spacious wardrobe, 2 chairs, a dressing mirror (if the bathroom is occupied), 2 bedside tables with lamps, a clock radio and another television.

The bathroom inside has a shower and toilet. And women and girls with their hair on are happy about the three-part mirror cabinet.

The kitchen is comfortably equipped with all necessary and some other important things: oven with 4-burner stove, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, extractor hood, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, scale, mixer with whisk, dough hook and blender, pots, dishes, cutlery and various kitchen utensils.

In the adjoining dining area you can eat comfortably or play board games. The table is extendable, which is particularly practical if you rent Baltic Sea Swan II and want to eat together. Two additional chairs can be taken out of the bedroom so that 6 people can comfortably dine together. There are other dishes and other kitchen utensils in the buffet.

In addition, there is of course a vacuum cleaner, doorbell, cloakroom, full-length mirror in the hallway, parasol, balcony table with chairs and 1 lounger and a clothes horse for the beach towels.

Our two apartments are located in the north of the island of Poel in Gollwitz. The beautiful island has great recreational value, also due to the kilometers of sandy beaches that gently merge into the sea. That is why the island became a state-approved resort in 1997. Since 2004 the island has also been called the Baltic Sea resort. This makes the 37 km² island the youngest German seaside resort. Opposite the mainland is the old Hanseatic city of Wismar, which is even a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The region of the island of Poel also offers a lot of interesting things from a cultural perspective.

For families, with large or small children, for couples or singles, with or without a dog, our two holiday apartments Ostsee-Schwänchen I and Ostsee-Schwänchen II are ideal destinations for an all-round successful holiday.
