The house clearly needs a lot of TLC and it shows as soon as you pull up. The patio was trash both upstairs and downstairs. Covered with bird mess, very dirty and pollen everywhere. Grass over grown and none of the outdoor lights worked nor the TV so go figure. Also a few windows don’t lock which is a security issue for me. Upstairs and in the basement. The basement is the only thing that saved us because of my girls but they couldn’t play the PlayStation because it hadn’t been updated in 2 yrs.

Hi Bruce - we will be working to have this false review removed. It's obvious that you were trying to extort something from us during your stay and you are retaliating for us reporting your offensive behavior. Pollen outside is not a reason for a 1 star review and shouting profanity at our cleaner and chasing her off the property is abusive. Shame on you for doing that! You knew she was coming by to look at the pollen and agreed to it beforehand. We refuse to have our staff abused by guests under any circumstances. We also didn't see any of the issues you mentioned aside from uncontrollable pollen outside while we were having the 7th highest pollen day ever recorded in history.
We stayed in this beautiful home when we attended my grandson’s graduation. The home was beautiful and in a quiet location. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this property to anyone

Thanks Janna! You are an awesome guest and we are very happy that we got to be your host. I highly recommend you to anybody on the platform and we welcome you and your family back anytime you’d like.
My toddler loved the backyard and the swing set/ slide. After hard days of organizing a memorial service the adults enjoyed challenging each other in air hockey or sitting around the dining table. Overall, a great place to stay!

Thanks Amanda. We love the air hockey too! It was a pleasure having you as our guest. Please come back any time.
We stayed here for a weekend with our family of 8. Our grown children and their spouses and our two teens were all in town for a family reunion.
Plenty of space for all of us and we enjoyed the screened porch on the back of the house.
The kids loved the games and even shot some hoops in the driveway.
Communication with management company was excellent and responsive.

Thanks Amy - you and your family are a pleasure and we welcome you back the next time you're in the area.
This house was perfect for our little family getaway to lake Lanier. We brought our boat and was able to have plenty of space in the driveway. The house was huge inside. The game room holds so many of my favorite memories now. The kitchen is a great size and we enjoyed family dinners on the patio and kitchen table. This house was very clean. We are talking about going back soon and staying in the same house. Would recommend to anyone!

Nice home in nice neighborhood close to town without being too close
Plenty of room in this home for our two families. I was a little disappointed that the home was not decorated for the holidays in any way. We arrived the day after Christmas. Also could have used larger cooking pots and pans as we were a party of 8 cooking large meals was challenging. Location was great - close to town but far enough out that we got to see deer in the backyard every morning. Would recommend to friends.

Hi Colleen. That's a great tip on the larger pots and pans! Our apologies that it wasn't decorated for Christmas. We have found that the homes are better left undecorated during Christmas since we don't know if guests will be coming in that celebrate other holidays instead of Christmas.
We enjoyed this house. Several sitting areas. Comfortable couches. Kitchen had basic necessities.
Beds, however we’re a disappointment. Master mattress was very thin, soft and not comfortable. Mattress in bunk room was thin and uncomfortable also. Mattress in other upstairs bedroom was very hard…felt like just a box spring.
House could have a dustpan. We had a broom but no dustpan.
House is in a good location in a great little town.
Communication with agent was very responsive and helpful.

Hi there - thanks for the review. It's difficult to find a single mattress that works for everybody so it seems you have noticed that we have a mix of some softer and some firmer. It was a pleasure having you and we will be hunting down that dust pan too!
we enjoyed our stay at the home here as far as the games went. it was a huge hit with the kiddos! however, the floors and house overall was dirty. my toddlers feet were BROWN from walking barefoot through the house, and there were spiderwebs everywhere - inside and outside. there was trash from previous parties left under furniture & stained towels also. the rack in the master bathroom above the toilet fell off the wall when i tried to bang my towel there. the basement also smelt musty… however the owner was very communicative and if it would have been more clean, it would have been 5 stars.
We were in the area for a family reunion. Upon arrival we noticed that the exterior of the home needed some TLC (bush trimming and cleaning of the cobwebs around the entry, general outside maintenance ). It was not very inviting. Extremely disappointed on how dirty we found the inside of the house. Floors were not swept and some of the toilets were not clean. Mold in the master bedroom shower and dirty spoon and cookie sheet in the basement kitchenette. We washed some of the bed sheets due to finding some hair and stain. Underneath the beds were filthy and had not been swept (dust and dead bugs). We found an empty plastic beverage bottle underneath the bed in the basement. We were not able to enjoy the closed in back porch as the cushions were filthy. There were crumbs on the dining room table and chairs. Almost every window had cobwebs and dead bugs/spiders between the window and screen. I personally didn't feel comfortable sitting on anything unless we had cleaned it. I did contact the owner/manager of the property and he had someone come out to clean some of the areas. We had to leave before the cleaning crew arrived. During our stay (three nights/four days) I kept in contact with the owner, updating him on other cleaning issues. He apologized for the cleaning crews "lack of attention to detail". I do appreciate that he responded quickly, I wish he would have been able to come see it first hand. Definitely not worth the price we paid.

Hi David and Vera - thanks for reaching out during your stay. As you mentioned we did have the cleaners come back out the day you arrived. We didn't hear from you again until departure so it seemed that everything was ok after that. Either way, we have fired that entire group of cleaners so that our guests can have the 5 star experience they deserve! The new cleaners are awesome and doing great!
House was clean and well kept. Host was receptive and responsive when we needed to contact her about any questions or concerns.

Thanksgiving!
We enjoyed Thanksgiving with our adult children here. The room and bathroom configuration worked well for all of us. We also enjoyed the screened in porch with the television! All in all it was a great stay. Also, Ralph was great to work with.
