This perfect lake home sits on the confluence of Little River and the Chattahoochee River. The property is right on the lake in deep water. Great location for fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding or boating. This 3 bedroom, 3 bath newly renovated lake front home is in a quiet neighborhood and has a roomy screened in porch overlooking Lake Lanier, an outdoor fire pit, and game room in the basement. The area yields much to do if you choose to leave this beautiful view. From Lake Lanier to downtown Gainesville to the rowing center or any of Northeast Georgia, our home is in excellent proximity too it all. Leave the hustle and bustle behind and come take in this breathtaking view of sunsets and sunrises on the lake. Areas of interest include downtown Gainesville, Lake Lanier Rowing Venue ( home of the 1996 Olympic Rowing), Brenau University, beautiful local wineries, Mountain Fresh Creamery, wedding venues, Dahlonega, Cleveland, Helen, Babyland General, Talulah Gorge, and many state parks for hiking.

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Load and start dishwasher. Start one load of towels to expedite cleaning process. Place used towels by washer. Leave used beds unmade. Place trash in outdoor trash can. Lock doors.
Please set AC to 75 or heat to 68. When you leave, notify us of your departure. Thank you.

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is a peaceful, quiet place with miles of walking available if you so choose. It is an older neighborhood with a variety of home styles that stretch from the 1960’s to current styles. Most homes in the neighborhood are either on the water or have views of the water. We enjoy strolling around the area taking in all of the sights, including lots of deer!

What makes this property unique

This property has views of the lake from both the front yard and the back. Watching both a sunrise and sunset in the same location is a daily pleasure for us. We hope to share God’s beautiful creation with guests as they step away from their busy lives to stop and take time to relax.
