Located 30 steps up on the third floor, guests can enjoy an oceanfront balcony or access the beach from an easy access staircase. The condo also features a kitchen stocked with basic cookware, as well as a bathtub for the kids. With a king bed in the bedroom and a queen Murphy bed in the living room, this condo sleeps up to 4. Guests also get access to the HOA's pool and commercial grade Wi-Fi.



The Space:

No 309 at D Sands Condos is a privately owned suite with stunning ocean views. Located 30 steps up on the third floor, guests can enjoy an oceanfront balcony or access the beach from an easy access staircase. The condo also features a kitchen stocked with basic cookware, as well as a bathtub for the kids. With a king bed in the bedroom and a queen Murphy bed in the living room, this condo sleeps up to 4. Guests also get access to the HOA's pool and commercial grade Wi-Fi.



Guest Access:

The condo comes with a unique code which will get you entry into your unit. The indoor, heated salt water pool and hot tub can be accessed via a Pool Code on the North side of the Office building.



This is a 3rd floor unit, there are 30 steps required to access the unit.

We loved the ocean view in the living area and the Murphy bed allowed us to sleep in the living area with the sound of the ocean. We stayed for New Year’s Eve/day and had a great time!

The hotel has an excellent location, within walking distance to many restaurants and shops, with easy beach access and stunning views. The staff were friendly, and the surroundings are very convenient for exploring the area. The room, however, felt a bit outdated, and the bedding could have been fresher. Being near the road and neighboring rooms, there was some noise late at night and early in the morning, which may affect light sleepers

Relaxing getaway

The place was relaxing. The carpet could use a good cleaning but overall not bad. The bed was very comfortable. The view was exactly what I needed.

So close to the ocean you can taste it!

This property is right on the beach! Great location, close to shops, restaurants, and various water activities. Pool was out of commission for a few days but the kids loved it when it was up and running again. Never had an issue with loud neighbors or concerns that required a call to the manager. Room had updated carpets but overall was dated. Not a big deal as the unit itself was functional for a family of six. Enjoyed our trip!

Place was hot without air conditioning. Very old furnishings and appliances. Kitchen faucet was broken and hard to get water. Bugs Very disappointed!!!

The view was great, though we didn’t see much until we requested the windows be cleaned. The host was wonderful. But these are individually owned condos, and as such I’m sure they vary in condition. This unit, called “Let’s get Kraken,” has a badly stained disgusting carpet. The ottoman next to the sofa is also badly stained. There were a lot of things that worked: the kitchen is well stocked, the linens were clean and adequate, the balcony, while covered in bird poop, is spacious. However, I would consider this particular unit unrentable until the ottoman is removed or replaced and the carpet replaced. Definitely would not stay in this unit again.
