Tidy, Quiet Getaway Spot

Cozy & Convenient

I appreciated the prompt and courteous interactions with the host while I stayed at the property for a workshop. Location was so convenient. The studio was thoughtfully appointed and prettily decorated. It was a cozy and inviting space.

This place is perfect for 1-2 people! It’s a safe quiet part of town, everything is extremely clean and tidy! She has all the amenities of home for you to use. Lisa is an awesome host, very responsive and was helpful with any questions I had during the stay. I will definitely stay with her again!

Very Nice and Comfortable

The apartment was very cozy and clean. The location was perfect there was always somewhere to park and the complex was easy to find and easy to get into. Communication with the owner was convenient and responses were always fast. Also, the bed was sooo comfortable. I slept great. I would stay again if I’m ever in Illinois.

We did not stay at this rental. When we arrived the neighborhood was very sketchy. The parking lot was very torn up; the building had mold on the outside and some of the siding was in need if paint and repair. If the pictures of the rental had included pictures of the outside we would not have rented it.

Sorry you didn't like the neighborhood,its a normal aurora area. The building doesn't have mold anywhere. The parking lot may have some holes from the winter snow and salt that will be repaired asap. I hope you found somewhere more fitted
