AMAZING views, Lakefront home with private boat dock in Flat Hollow

Welcome to Happy Place on beautiful Norris Lake! This lakefront home comfortably sleeps 12 people and has a private dock. Watch all the beauty nature has to offer as you sit directly across from Chuck Swan nature Preserve from two large spacious decks.

This home has many new updates with one of them being central air split units throughout. The home has two levels . The main floor has a living area, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a dining table, a full bathroom and 2 queen bedrooms.

The lower level has another full bathroom. A queen size bedroom. A living area with a king size bed, 2 full size beds and a sleeper sofa.

The upper deck is furnished with a large gas griddle and a table with enough seating for your entire group. The deck is also large enough to play a friendly game of cornhole.

The house has wifi and firestick tv’s to stream Netflix and Amazon prime. We also have board games, cornhole boards/bags and cards to make your stay fun and memorable. A small second refrigerator is located near the kitchen for extra food/drink storage. Two Outdoor security cameras are located on the front porch facing the driveway and lower deck facing towards the dock.

Flat Hollow Marina (http://flathollowmarina.com) is less then 1/4 of a mile away. It makes it easy to rent a boat or jet-ski or launch your own boat from there. They also have great live entertainment, restaurant, drinks, groceries, ice cream and lake souvenirs.

ATV riding is also nearby. Royal Blue and Tackett creek are a short drive from the house. Windrock is about 1hr and 15minutes from the house.

Great for Family and Friend Getaways!

I was overall impressed by the amount of details the property included for guests. Board games, extra toiletries, but overall you can’t beat the view! Highly recommend!

Great Location at Flat Hollow Marina

The house and location were great! The location is very close to the marina allowing for fun with your own boat or a rental at the dock on the property. The house came with ample kitchen supplies that made for easy meals for our large group. Great for our family getaway.

Amazing Vacation Spot!

This was a wonderful vacation home! Everything was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Communication was great as well. We've stayed at several properties throughout the Flat Hollow area and this one has the charm- very cute home! Cornhole on the deck was a great addition. Thanks so much for hosting - we will definitely return!

Amazing views of beautiful lake Norris

We enjoyed our stay! From coffee on the deck to playing in the water off the dock, we had a great time with family and friends. Autumn was always very responsive from the start and she is a wonderful host! The stairs to the dock are a challenge but we were up for it. We made a few meals on the blackstone and that made it easy and convenient for us. Flat hollow marina is fun and just a short distance from the house. Thank you!!

House was very clean and well taken care of. Has everything you'll need. Veiw out over and down to the lake was awesome. 101 Steps plus down to the lake... Older adults will want to go to the nearby dock to load if you're boating.

Gorgeous Lake View!

This home is a peaceful retreat. The home itself is comfortable, your kids will be fighting over who gets to sleep in cubby beds, and having a/c is the cherry on top. The views from the deck are incredible. We were up every morning having coffee and taking it all in. If you are able bodied, the stairs give you direct water access! If not, you are also really close to the marina and it is easy to get your day started there!

Amazing Family Retreat!!

The house and host were amazing! The home had beautiful views of the lake and all of the amenities a large family would need. The large deck accommodated all of our family. The grill was great for cooking out. The dock was convenient to park our boat. It is very close to the marina for those who would rather not take the stairs to get on the boat. There was plenty of room for all of our family. Autumn made sure that we had everything we needed. If we had any questions she was quick to respond. We can’t thank Autumn enough for letting us stay in her beautiful home. We had an amazing vacation and can’t wait to get back!

Bachelorette

I had an absolutely amazing weekend of a Bachelorette trip! Great location if you’re looking for a calm weekend of relaxation. You feel your cortisol levels dissipate after 5 minutes on the dock. The stairs were a lot but it’s a great workout!! The Bachelor trip was a couple houses down, great area for joint Bachelorette/Bachelor trip! Highly recommend
