Villa Cana Cati Pollensa Town

The townhouse with private pool in Pollensa Old Town can offer a large garden and private parking. Casa FB is one of them, and it has been completely modernised and refurbished.

On the ground floor, you will find the combined kitchen and living room and a guest toilet. The terrace, which has its own barbecue, is partly covered and leads to the garden. On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms and two bathrooms (one being en suite). The top floor consists of the third bedroom, with a queen-sized bed, and a guest toilet. It adjoins the spacious roof terrace, which offers beautiful views.

Pollensa Town is an ideal base from which to explore the diverse island of Majorca and attracts walkers, wildlife enthusiasts and cyclists. Pollença golf club is only two kilometres away. There are excellent beaches throughout the island, and the beaches of San Vicente and Puerto Pollença are only a ten-minute drive from the town. The Sunday market attracts both locals and holidaymakers with its amazing fruit, food and flower stalls.

This villa is outstanding. It is super clean, well equipped, in a great position and has an amazing pool area. We have stayed in Pollenca many many times and this accommodation is one of our favourites. Martina was efficient and helpful with both the booking process and during our stay. Reversing a large vehicle into the car park is tricky but we appreciated being able to park at the property

Lovely house which was excellent for our needs

This is a lovely property, well stocked and the couple of problems we identified (the safe wasn’t working and some dishes were chipped) were quickly and efficiently dealt with (thank you Martina and Catalina). It’s in an excellent location within Pollensa, quiet but close to the main square and there are many excellent restaurants within easy walking distance. The parking for two cars is an added benefit. There are two things I’d like to mention though - Carlos and Raoul - our names for two cockerels who visited the property every morning. If you are a light sleeper who likes a lie in, I’d suggest taking earplugs.

Superb townhouse, centrally-located and with pool.

Good communication. House was clean and tidy, well-equipped, with the bonus of a pool. Location was excellent -within minutes of centre with a good range of restaurants nice bars and a supermarket even closer. Highly recommended. Tiny details: one bathroom sink doesn't keep its water, another drains very slowly. These small things did not detract from the overwhelming good points about this property, and did not spoil our stay. They are mentioned so they can be fixed for the benefit of future guests (which will likely include us!)

Perfect location

Our second stay here and we love the pool, garden and private parking. The sunbeds are new and very nice. The modern kitchen is also very convenient. You can not find a better location in Pollenca, easy walk to groceries, restaurants, cafes, walks and sightseeing. We experienced a foul odor on and off both in the bathrooms and the entrance/kitchen. It was a bit better when we let a small stream of water run for a bit in the washing room area, and let the fan run in the bathrooms. Probably there are some issues with pipes/plumbing that are not too easy to fix, but it puts a bit of damper on our stay. Also the frying pans needs to be changed asap.

Wir haben uns wie Zuhause gefühlt!

Unfassbar schön! Alles was man braucht ist direkt zu Fuß erreichbar (Supermarkt, Apotheke, Restaurants, Shops usw.). Man ist mittendrin und hat trotzdem seine Ruhe! Das Haus ist super idyllisch Wirklich toll! Wir kommen gern wieder.

Toller Spätsommer in Pollença

Poolbereich ist super schön, Parkmöglichkeit auf dem Grundstück toll, Rückseite des Hauses gefühlt mitten in der Natur, Vorderseite in der Stadt. Bewertung eigentlich 4 1/2 Sterne Außenbereich fantastisch, dem Innenbereich merkt man die Nutzung langsam an, Handtuchhalter sollte z.B. bei Benutzung nicht aus der Wand fallen, Geschirrspüler nicht richtig befestigt

Perfect holiday home!

We have had a fantastic holiday in this beautiful house. It’s just perfect. The garden and pool are incredible and the house itself is very clean and tastefully furnished. It is the best equipped, most comfortable villa I have stayed in (the beds are super comfy). The location is perfect too, so close to Pollensa centre and having parking is great. We loved being able to stroll along to the main square in the evening. We definitely want to go back! Martina and Vicente the property managers are very helpful too. Thanks for a great holiday.

Wie 6 Richtige im Lotto

Es ist ein wahre Idylle in mitten der wunderbaren Stadt Pollenca. Alles war auch sehr gut organisiert von der Schluesseluebergabe bis zur woechentlichen Poolreiningung. Traumhaus Pollença

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und haben den Aufenthalt in der Casa FB genossen. Ein Traumhaus, super ausgestattet und geschmackvoll dekoriert. Dazu noch tolles Wetter - es hat uns an Nichts gefehlt. Das Haus, der Garten, der Pool, die Ruhe und der kurze Weg auf die Plaza zum Cafe Espanyol – einfach perfekt. Für mich, eins der schönsten Anwesen in Pollenca. Ihr Service, Organisation und Informationen = sehr gut. Wir haben uns auf Anhieb zurechtgefunden. Es war nicht der erste Besuch in Pollenca, aber ganz sicher auch nicht der Letzte. Wünsche Ihnen eine gute Zeit und möchte mich auch im Namen meiner Mitreisenden noch einmal bei Ihnen bedanken.
