and a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a guest restroom, and a large terrace with breathtaking views of the surrounding greenery. Here, you can comfortably enjoy your meals outdoors.

The lower level features 2 double bedrooms (one with a walk-in closet and en suite bathroom) and a single bedroom, each with direct access to the garden with a pool and sun deck. Sun loungers, an umbrella, and a cozy sofa area are provided here for your enjoyment.

Two stunning coves are located in the immediate vicinity
(Cala Mendia / Cala Anguila). At the beach, you can rent umbrellas and lounge chairs for a fee. Small supermarkets, bars, restaurants, a pharmacy, a car/bike rental shop, and taxi and bus stops are located right in town and are within walking distance.

Larger supermarkets are located in the beautiful old town of Porto Cristo (approx. 2 km). Porto Cristo features a charming old town with narrow alleys and a beautiful harbor with great restaurants.
