House on the Zuiderzee beach, vacation home right on the water with Wifi

Arrive and take a deep breath. The house is located directly on the IJsselmeer in a well-kept park and the good air is to serve your recovery. In general, the house is ideally suited as a bridge between a busy working world and arriving in nature.

From the living room they look directly onto the water and their own boat dock. Here you can fish without a fishing license or watch ducks and boats. The cottage is one of the larger in the park and is very bright and friendly. The tiled ground floor has a hallway, guest toilet, storage room with washing machine and a spacious living area with open kitchen. From here you enter the terrace with garden, which is secured with a fence to the jetty. From the hallway leads a staircase to the upper floor. Here are three bedrooms (2 beds with 1.60 x 2.00 m and 1 bed with 0.90 x 2.00 m), a clothing store. The bathroom with toilet, bath, shower and double sink has a large window. From here you can enjoy the view of the water. You have a parking space opposite the house.

In the park there is a small subtropical indoor swimming pool (entrance 4 € per person), a restaurant with sun terrace, play, football and tennis courts. Here you can also hire a boat by the hour. As you cross the dike, you will reach a small sheltered beachfront beach restaurant. The beach falls flat into the water, so that even small children can splash here. In addition to all water sports you can also go jogging and of course cycling. Or you explore the surroundings. By car or bicycle, they are in ten minutes in Medemblik with its four major ports. Medemblik is the oldest town on the IJsselmeer coast and very popular in high season. Ice cream parlors, restaurants and cafes invite you to linger. You can also buy groceries here very well. In the near vicinity Amsterdam are in approx. 46km, Alkmaar in approx. 23km, Enkhuizen and Hoorn.
