This perfectly appointed home accommodates 13 guests in five bedrooms, each with its own bath. The home boasts satisfying amenities such as wireless internet, 3,680 SQFT of living space, 1,500 SQFT of porches, central air conditioning, and ceiling fans in every room and porch.

The first floor includes a large primary bedroom offering a King bed, large TV, and access to the covered porch with a sitting area overlooking a private backyard with a pool. Enjoy relaxing in the luxurious primary bath which features a large, jetted garden tub and huge walk-in shower. Double, marble-topped vanities offer convenience in the morning. The first floor also includes 2 guest bedrooms; one with a Queen bed, TV, and private full bath with tub/shower, and one with a bunk bed with a queen lower and twin upper with a full bath with tub/shower. The large family room on the first floor has a Queen sofa sleeper, large TV, and access to the porch leading to the patio and pool area. Convenient for wet bathing suits and beach towels, the spacious laundry room includes a utility sink and a full-size washer and dryer.

The second floor opens into a spacious great room with Brazilian cherry wood floors, comfortable seating, ocean views, a large TV/DVD, a game table, and a gas fireplace. The dining area, with a table and seating for 9, shares ocean views and access to the covered porch. The large, well-appointed kitchen features granite counters, stainless steel appliances, a Wolf gas cooktop, 2 full-size refrigerators with ice makers, a built-in wall oven with microwave, and a dishwasher. The counter chair seating will accommodate 7. The second-floor porch is perfect for alfresco meals at a table that seats 8. A spiral staircase leads to the rooftop deck and amazing panoramic views! The second-floor bedrooms consist of a second primary bedroom with a King bed, TV, and a private bath with a shower. The other guest bedroom on this floor features a Queen bed and a private bath with a shower. These bedrooms share a porch with views of the waterway, Charleston bridge, and sunsets!
The large in-ground swimming pool is surrounded by a spacious patio with comfortable lounge furniture. There is also a covered patio cooled by fans that is home to a new outdoor prep kitchen and built-in grill, hammock, and additional outdoor dining table seating 6. An enclosed, outdoor shower is convenient for showering after the beach or pool. A ping pong table, located under the house, will keep young and not-so-young guests entertained. There is a large beach wagon filled with chairs and beach toys to make the short walk to the beach even easier. An elevator easily accesses all levels and helps guests maneuver baggage and groceries and those who are challenged by stairs. Pricing & Availability:
Enter arrival dates and departure dates. Click the book now button to view the price and associated fees. For part of April through part of October our homes only rent for 7 nights, Saturday to Saturday stays. During late fall, winter & early spring, you may rent this home for 3 or more nights, excluding Holidays.

--Policy--
When making an online reservation on VRBO, You will receive a confirmation and a contract from East Islands Rentals once you book this home. The contract must be returned within 24 hours to keep your reservation! Payments are not collected until the contract has been returned and reviewed by East Islands Rentals.

Damage Protection:
In lieu of a security deposit, a Damage Protection Policy is added to protect you up to $3,000.00 of damages during your stay.

Travel Insurance:
Management Company offers travel insurance to all its guests through Rental Guardian. Rental Guardian specialty is Vacation Rental Industry. Travel Insurance covers you in the occurrence of a possible natural disaster threat to our area, medical emergencies, loss of a family member, loss of job, etc. The cost is about 7% of your rental cost-plus taxes and fees. Please email for the exact cost. It is highly recommended to purchase travel insurance through the Management Company. Once the reservation is made the Management Company can add the Rental Guardian policy to your reservation.

If Travel Insurance is purchased through VRBO/Homeaway (CSA-Homeaway policy) their policy does not cover any delays or interruption of a stay, especially if a natural disaster occurs, such as Hurricane. Management Company will not be able to refund any monies or move your reservation.
