The property was perfect for our annual girls trip. The house is spacious, clean and well equipped. The owners are very responsive and answered are our questions.

Something for everyone

The house had enough bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate our group of twelve- 5 teens and 7 adults. We used the pool table, air hockey game, home theater, and hot tub every day once we were done playing in the water. We also enjoyed the kayaks and fire pit. We took trips to Penn Yan, Geneva, and Watkins Glen during our stay as they are only 20-35 minute drive from the house. The grill came in handy too!

Lots of space!

The home is updated with all modern amenities. It was very clean, all the beds were so comfortable, and there was plenty of space upstairs and downstairs. Front porch and back patios offered plenty of seating as well. Some of my family enjoyed sitting on the dock by the lake, but the weather didn't cooperate for all to do so. We had a wonderful family weekend here! The host will be looking into lack of hot water in one of the tub/showers.
