Great condo, right next to beach

Great price with a beach 20 steps away. Can’t find a condo at this price range that has the ocean view, full kitchen, and amenities. Nothing but positive things to say about it

Extremely disappointing

We went to Wyndham Sea Garden 4 years ago, the stay and the place were pleasant. This time, we did not have the studio as mentioned in the proposal, a Studio/king bed with patio and washer-dryer. We asked for a change of studio maybe for the Monday but no News even if we saw many empty ones. We waited 1h30 before having access to the studio (from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.) since the studio was not ready. For 2 nights we endured music from speakers very close to our studio. Near the swimming pool, the speakers and music from the bar (or musical entertainment from the bar) are always in cacophony. Very irritating. Use of the pool is intended to be from sunrise to sunset. This is not respected but above all some people are very noisy and unpleasant to hear until 10 p.m. Usually after bar activities. The Vrbo ad does not mention the requirement to attend a presentation about time sharing. ***fr*** Extrêmement décevant. Nous sommes allé au Wyndham Sea Garden il y 4ans, séjour+endroit agréable. Cette fois-ci, nous n’avons pas eu le studio tel que mentionné dans l’annonce de Vrbo, soit un Studio/lit king avec patio et laveuse-sécheuse. Nous avons attendu 1h30 avant d’avoir accès au studio (de 16h à 17h30) puisque le studio n’était pas prêt. Nous avons enduré durant 2 nuits la musique des hp près du studio. Près de la piscine, les hP et la musique du bar sont tjs en cacophonie, irritant. usage de la piscine pas conforme. Gens bruyants. Présentation Time sharing obligatoire

La photo de l’immeuble n’était pas celle que nous avons habité. Nous avions une vue sur des jardins et piscine mais n’étions pas près de l’océan.C’était assez petit comme studio.La table pour manger était très près du lit…Beau balcon avec une vue intéressante.Vaisselle et verres appropriés.Personnel très sympathique!Clientèle très agréable!
