Come enjoy your next vacation at a peaceful, upscale condo, minutes away from entertainment and adventure!

This three-bedroom/three-bathroom condo is located on Trail Creek, just south of downtown Ketchum. A convenient 5-minute walk to all the best restaurants, bars, and shops that Sun Valley has to offer. For bigger excursions out to the ski lifts on Bald Mountain or Sun Valley Resort, guests can take advantage of the free shuttle. You will have also have access to one private, heated parking garage. Guests can enjoy convenient access to the condo through the two elevators from the parking garage or the main entry.

Guests will love sitting on one of the FIVE patios to enjoy a morning coffee or evening beverage, while listening to the river and enjoying the view.

The entry to unit B is on the first floor of Trail Creek Crossings, right off the luxurious lobby. After opening the front door, you will be greeted to the spacious open floor plan (kitchen, dining room, and living room). The space is filled with high-end finishes and beautiful masonry. Guests can take advantage of the gas fireplace, wine fridge, flat screen TV with cable, wireless internet, ample storage space, and numerous kitchen appliances/supplies.

Next to the kitchen, is a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. The laundry room is stocked with all the cleaning/laundry supplies you would need!

The rest of the condo includes the three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Guests will be thrilled to find luxurious bedding on each bed, heated bathroom floors, massive closets, and bathroom essentials.

This condominium will accommodate a maximum of 6 guests and has a minimum stay of 7 nights.

This was our third year in a row in this property and we love it. Hope to be back again next year. Only slight negative is the construction going on next door for the third year in a row. The host (first Alexandra, now Maggie) have both been wonderful.....very friendly, professional and helpful.

Very comfortable stay!

Loved this property - much larger than we expected, very comfortable beds, wonderful great room for fires/tv/games. The condo was very clean, and the heated garage was a nice bonus!

We have been to Sun Valley dozens of times during the summer. For the first half of the trip, we stay in small, older condos at the Villagers/Creekside, which have a great location close to the Lodge but they're old. We look forward to augmenting our trip to a modern place and this location fit that bill. My wife and I thought our kids might visit, but they didn't so we had the 3bedroom place to ourselves. We loved the extra space. This condo at Trail Creek Crossing has an excellent location just on the other side of the new Viceroy Hotel that is under construction. We enjoyed being right on the creek and enjoying the sound of the water, and still being close enough to walk right into town. There were a few issues with the unit, but the management company was quick to respond with repairs. (Dryer needed a new element, and fuse box needed work, but they got it done.) This property is very well built (I am in real estate and can appreciate quality.) My wife appreciated the extra security at this building. The kitchen is very well stocked, and the laundry room is very large and efficient. We appreciated the over-sized bathroom and closet which allowed us to spread out. I enjoyed using the extra bedroom as my personal office to conduct work, and the wi-fi speed was very adequate for my purposes. Would stay here again.

Wonderful Stay!

This condo is a lovely spot to call home while in Sun Valley/Ketchum. I appreciated the distance between bedrooms, the extra hall (full) bath, the large kitchen perfect for cooking meals at home, the cozy feel of the living room with its large fireplace and the pretty view outside the window. It's a five-minute walk to the center of town, with a grocery store just a couple of blocks away. It's "just right" for so many reasons! We'll be back!

Beautiful Condo - all on one level

The condo was very nice. We enjoyed everything about it -except the noise outside. There is a very large building (Hotel and Condo Units) being built next door. They started work every day at 7:45am and worked into the night - usually until 8pm. It was very loud construction work making it difficult to enjoy being inside the condo. We would not have rented in this location if we had known in advance of the building noise. The building and the individual condos are all very well designed. Great parking underground. Just unfortunate to have so much construction noise next door. We would definitely rent again once the construction has concluded in 2026 I believe.
