About this property

Top floor unit with cove and main channel views located in Lazy Days Condominium Complex. Covered deck with tiled floor. Located close to bars and restaurants by land and water. Included is a 12x32 ft boat slip.
The condominium complex offers two pools, a playground and family picnic pavilions with grills. This unit is close to one of the pools and playground.
The Kitchen is fully eqiupped and the gas grill is awaiting your barbeque!
The main living area offers a pull out sofa sleeper couch, love seat. smart TV.
The Master suite has a King bed, private bath, walk in closet and TV, access to the covered deck. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed, and the 3rd bedroom has a Queen bed, walk in closet and a half bath.

Check in 3pm, Check out is 10am unless otherwise arranged.

Ozark bike rally

Great condo by the water

The condo was clean and spacious with all of the essentials. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. The pool area was a big hit. We’d love to stay here gain in the future!
