Amazing spot right on the beach! We were a group of 11— 5 kids and six adults, and there was plenty of room for everyone. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at this location. It was directly on the beach and had amazing views from most windows in the home. The decks were large and nice to relax on and read a book. The host was very responsive to any questions I had and quick to rectify any issues.

Awesome house on the beach

This is a great place for a family to enjoy a vacation on the beach. The three master suites, two bedrooms with bunk beds, and all those bathrooms were great for extended families. The beach was quiet and beautiful, and great for kids.

Great house! Beach access was fantastic and super close proximity to all sorts of stores/shops (ice cream shop, donut shop, seafood market, pizza, market and more!). We had an unbelievable time!

There were several good things about this property.Location: Right on the beachLay Out of Home: Loved everything about were the rooms where and there size. Main living area was also laid out great with the open concept. Great walk-out Decks: The two on the back had plenty of setting and great views. The one on the back was nice and also had plenty of seats. (It would be nice to have ceiling fans on the two back decks to keep the air moving)Parking: plenty of space could park 4 SUV’s if you wanted to. Water pressure: Was great throughout the house.Game Room: Kids loved it. The half bath was great for coming back up to use and go back down to the beach without having to go inside the house.Beach: Walk from the home about 25 yards and set up. Things that could be improved: Beds: This is more personal preference, beds way to hardThrows: NoneKitchen: Cooking utensils are limited and what is there could use being up-dated. Grill: Needs to be replaced, bottom completely gone. (We made it work, but needs to go)Hot Tub: Would not come on and would have needed to be cleaned before getting in it. (To be fair we did not call anyone on this)Roaches: Sorry to say saw several in the kitchen and on the living room furniture. Cleaning: There seems to be no high cleaning done in between renters, vent covers over the fans are very thick with dust. Over all it was a good stay. Place was clean and the location was great! Footsteps from beach. TVs need to be upgraded but work fine just are small. Needs more dish towels and some upgrades for kitchen supplies, mostly pans. Overall a 4.5 stars thou. Would definitely stay here again.

Family beach trip

We had an excellent trip! The house was perfect and unbeatable location. We really enjoyed the hot tub with it being winter time. Bedrooms and layout were perfect and kitchen stocked well with everything you need! We would definitely stay here again! Thanks

Honeymoon Getaway

My husband and I stayed at the property for our honeymoon and could not have had a better experience. The house was gorgeous and very well maintained and clean. There were two small issues we had that were taken care of immediately by the rental group and I was beyond impressed. We would definitely stay again!

Phenomenal home for a group of friends!

Home was as described, great location, we all loved being right on the beach, lots of walks, beach time, boche ball on the beach, shelling, coffee and drinks on the deck, biking the trail, walks to The Trading Post, the Shrimp Shop, delicious food at Long Bill's, ice cream at Cone Heads. Spent a fun day at Apalachicola and in Port St Joe. Great area of Florida!!!

This house was perfect for our week long stay. There was a small issue that was caught before we arrived and the hard working maintenance man resolved it on day one. The house was spacious with a well stocked kitchen and plenty of games for entertainment. The access to the beach was ideal and we were amazed with the amount of sealife we saw. The sunsets did not disappoint amd we were able to enjoy the incredible views from the back decks. We also enjoyed the short walk to an ice cream stand a block away. The house and area were exactly what we were hoping for. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Great stay

We loved the house and the location. We had a group of 3 families and the accommodations were great. We were all super comfortable and had enough room for a group of 14 (and plenty of bathrooms). The house was very clean and had a lot of positives. (Fans available, extra fridge downstairs, plenty of towels, patio tables overlooking the beach, just to name a few). We will be coming back!

Steps from the beach

We came to CSB with half of our kid's senior class. Of all the homes we visited, ours was the very best. Steps from the beach, it was easy to return to the house to use the restroom or get a snack. The downstairs pool room/bathroom was not connected to the main house so very quiet for those who turned in early. Need something to eat? Walk to the end of the short road for a delicious lunch of low country boil - or simply an ice cream snack. This house was perfect for what we needed.

We will be back!

This is the second time staying on this property. We love the convience to the beach and the property itself. Plenty of space for sleeping, workable elevator, 6 bathrooms and a pool table are great assets. I would suggest an updated TV system and easier for elderly to use. Would love to see a screened in porch but overall nothing really to complain abt. Hope to see yall next Sept!
