It was a nice condo. It was equipped with all the essentials. It was a short walk to the beach and had excellent views of the ocean from the room. We really enjoyed the stay.

The condo was lovely. Location is excellent and close to shopping and many restaurants. The unit is on the 2nd floor facing the ocean. It was well stocked, clean, comfortable and well appointed. There is a nice lanai with table and chairs and a beautiful view. Margie is a great communicator and the check in process was easy. There are pay laundry rooms on premises. The pool is nice and there is a small beach out front. I would recommend Kauhale Makai!!

This is a lovely condo, perfect for two couples to share. Each bedroom has its own private view and we enjoyed morning coffee and evening happy hour together on the living room balcony. Margie is an exceptionally attentive host, and a great communicator. We also enjoyed the friendliness of the other folks within the condo complex. It's a welcoming community! The beach walks were wonderful.

A lovely beach condo facing the ocean in a great location for seeing all the fantastic sights Maui has to offer. Was perfect for our family of 4 and can’t say enough great things about it and the host, Margie, who was great!

Wonderful Condo and Location

Everything was fantastic-- the owner has amazingly fast and helpful communication. My family and I love the location in Kihei- close to everything! The condo is large and and views from both decks were incredible- you can't get a better sunset view. We will definitely look to stay here again.

Margie communicated promptly and efficiently. Her unit was clean. The beach view was beautiful. Margie tended to the slow drain once we notified her.The directions for the TV did not work due to a faulty remote, but we were not that interested in the TVThe person I traveled with tends to get cold easily. A couple clarifications for my future guests: - The TV remote needed the batteries replaced and extras are available - I dislike the thought of anyone being cold. There are extra blankets for each of the three beds. Margie

Wonderful Kihei

Loved our stay in laid-back Kihei. Nice contrast from our earlier stay in glitzy Kaanapali. Great beaches. The unit was very comfortable for 2 couples traveling together. Beautiful sunset views from our balcony.

Beautiful Serene Comfortable

Stunning location with picture perfect sunsets every day. Clean, comfortable, quiet. Helpful thoughtful host and office staff. Close to restaurants, attractions, airport with little traffic. Wonderful visit. Hope to be back.

Margie is an excellent host!! Great communication! The condo is beautiful with stunning ocean and mountain views off both balconies! Great beach to walk on and nice pool and hot tub. Was wonderfully quiet and relaxing if that’s the vibe you want. Close to stores and restaurants. We truly enjoyed our stay and it was above our expectations by offering beach chairs, towels, and beach goodies which came in handy. Lots of supplies in the kitchen too. Only complaint is that we had to leave!!

Flawless

This was a smooth and easy process to check in and get to the place. The view was amazing and the place had everything you could need. Plus two separate bathrooms with bidets attached to either room were amazing. Definitely will be coming back to this place.

First time on Maui

We met our daughter, son-in-law and grandson for an all too brief Maui vacation. We couldn’t have been happier with our choice to stay at Margie’s place. The location is awesome, and she has thought of everything to make a guests stay very comfortable. If we ever go back, we would certainly stay here again.

Starting point

This is a great place to stay to start your trip. It's only about 20 min from airport and great view of the Ocean. This is more the heart of Maui and closer to Haleakala to start your trip. If your planning to see Hana area this is also closer than the west end of island where we stayed the rest of our trip.

Wonderful, wonderful Place!

It doesn't get any better in Kihei. Great location. Oceanfront view with a short walk to the beach. Exceptionally clean condo with comfortable beds, pillows, furniture. Fully equipt kitchen!Margie was outstanding with all correspondence. We would definitely rent again.

Amazing stay!!!

We stayed at Margie’s place with another couple. It was big enough that each couple had their own space and a wonderful kitchen and living room area for game playing and socializing. We were steps away from a wonderful beach walk each morning. The condo was quiet, people were kind and communication with Margie was so easy. We absolutely loved this condo.
