The house type A plus is ideal for 4 people and through the two self-contained bedrooms suitable not only for families, but also for four adults. The living area is 95 square meters and the plot is over 500 square meters. The beach is only 120 meters and the terrace is facing east east south.
The new Skipperhäuser (A plus) are classified with 5 stars and have two separate bedrooms with box spring double beds. The spacious living room opens onto the open kitchen and dining area. The stove is the center of the living room and invites you to cozy evenings. The bathroom with shower gives direct access to the sauna. The terrace with access from the living room and one of the bedrooms completes the stay.
The displayed Google image was created in June 2018 during our last construction phase. Meanwhile, all new beach houses and the outdoor facilities are completed.
