The apartment is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the attic of a family house. It was renovated in 2012 energetically and redesigned. Adjacent to the property is a children's playground for toddlers.

Osterby lies on the edge of the "Hüttener Berge Nature Park" with its gentle, wooded hills and a well-developed network of hiking trails.
After Eckernförde with its beautiful bathing beaches is about 6 km. There are enough parking spaces near the beach. The city offers a variety of restaurants, culture and invites you to a shopping spree.
The village Osterby with about 1000 inhabitants was still characterized until a few years ago by rural farming. As in many villages, this is also a thing of the past.
In the village is a restaurant and for daily supply there is a EDEKA fresh market with bread and baked goods.
