Holiday house for 10 guests with 200m² in Banjole (65273)
The villa is within easy walking distance of the beach and is an excellent choice for those who would like to spend holidays in a large new villa with pool near the sea. Ideal for family holidays or groups of friends.
The villa can accommodate up to 8 + 2 guests. The villa has 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Relax in the comfortable living room and make delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen with dining area. You can relax in the green garden with private pool, lay on sun loungers and enjoy the sun. You can also prepare specialties on charcoal grill for your friends and family. If you want to go to the beach, just take your towel and in a few minutes walk you are on the beach, but also within walking distance there are great restaurants. The villa is air conditioned, has WiFi, private parking for 3 cars and offers everything for a pleasant holiday.
There is a bedroom on the ground floor and 3 bedrooms on the first floor. Two bedrooms on the first floor have access to the terrace.
NOTE: Guests who stay weekly (7, 14, 21 days etc.) are preferred.
Check-in is possible from 16:00, check-out is possible until 10:00.
Pets are allowed on request.
Smoking in the villa is not allowed, only allowed in the patio area.
