This gorgeous vacation home offers much more than just comfortable living, because equipped with bocce court, bicycles, billiards, table tennis, foosball and darts you have various opportunities to relax and feel good.



The living room, which with open kitchen and dining area forms a spacious room of about 90 m², is located with direct view to the large pool and fenced property. The interior spaces are distributed over the first floor and the second floor, which are connected by interior stairs, with two bedrooms on the upper floor accessible only by exterior stairs.



Below is a terrace with fantastic views of the sea and the Kvarner islands. The pool with about 50 m² of water surface includes three massage jets that provide additional well-being. The villa is surrounded by terraces and beautifully landscaped garden with Mediterranean plants, where you can enjoy cozy evenings outdoors on the covered terrace with barbecue and garden furniture.



Visit nearby Pula, known for its many monuments and sights from the Roman period. In summer, the famous Pula Arena hosts interesting events and concerts. One of them is the Pula Film Festival, from which you will take home a wonderful memory of watching a movie under the stars.
