This home easily sleeps 12, with a king, two queens, a double bunk bed, single daybed, and sofa pop-up sleeper. Choose from one of the four themed bedrooms that are inspired by famous Las Vegas hotels: Caesars Palace, Flamingo, Luxor, and Bellagio.

The Caesars Palace room is furnished with a combination of white and gold, offers a poster bed, and even features the iconic tiger! The Flamingo hotel-inspired room feels warm and tropical and has a bold accent wall, luxury vinyl plank flooring, a queen bed, and a huge window that allows for plenty of natural light. The Luxor-inspired bedroom is complete with a black and gold color scheme, full-size bunk beds, and a sofa bed. This room also has a desk and chair, which can be used as a makeup station before heading out for a night on the town! Or, if you're being creative, this space could be used to get some work done before a day of play. Finally, the sleek Bellagio room features a king bed and decor fit for a high-roller.

As a guest here, you have this entire casino-inspired townhouse to yourself. You’ll be given a code to use on the smart lock on the front door. If for some reason the smart lock does not work, we have a back up key in a lockbox (but this has never happened!). Please take advantage all the amenities, as well as the full-size washer and dryer, Bluetooth speaker, laptop-friendly workspaces, very high-speed Wi-Fi, and access to Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, Chromecast, Disney+, Hulu, & Netflix.

When you spend your Nashville vacation here, you're just minutes from all of the trendiest restaurants, bars, and nightlife that the city has to offer. You're also mere minutes away from grocery stores, spas and salons, retail shops, live music venues, and some of the most popular tourist attractions in Nashville.

This home is located in a growing pocket of new builds in an area that is quickly gentrifying. However, this is the city - there are some downsides of being so close to downtown: there is poverty, crime, and homelessness in this area. You will drive through those areas. While we have never had ANY issues at our complex, this is still an urban environment and you should always remain aware of your surroundings and use common sense. We recommend that you don't leave valuables in your car and don't leave the doors and windows unlocked when you leave the house. Uber/Lyft whenever possible!

Getting Around:
We recommend simply taking an Uber/Lyft everywhere you need to go.
There is room for two cars parked in front of the garage door.
There is NO parking in the garage as it is set up as a living space.
There is first come first serve street parking. While it's currently not a problem, we are not responsible if the city decides to start enforcing parking limitations on the street.
You will need to drive to Kroger/Publix/etc. for groceries. The area is still gentrifying, we do not recommend shopping within walking distance.
Because it was just built, to navigate to the home, you may want to just use the cross street intersection of 24th Avenue North and Hyde Street!

Other Things to Note:
Upon booking we collect a $500 refundable security deposit - if there are no damages, it will be refunded 24 hours after check out.

We provide a starter set of supplies just to get you through a two night stay: paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, dish soap, hand soap, and coffee K cups with sugar. Please bring additional supplies for longer term stays and bring your own shampoo/conditioner/body wash!

Interaction with Guests:
You will have access to the entire home and it is self check-in. We will send you the access code before your stay with entry instructions and directions. The host is available to respond to messages if you have any questions or inquiries! Thank you!

NO SMOKING – If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $300 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $300 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation will be turned over to the appropriate authorities. We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. NO PARTIES. NO EVENTS. This home is located in a residential area. To be courteous to our neighbors, we ask that you respect quiet hours between 10 PM and 7AM. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, we will cancel your reservation. We send our laundry to a professional laundry service. Due to the volume of linen laundered each day, we cannot guarantee that sheets or towels will not have a small permanent stain, but we can promise that they have been cleaned and sanitized.
