Hello David, I apologize for the inconvenience but you were charged four nights because you stayed four nights. No fees were promised to be refunded to you. In fact, we tried to give you a cheaper rate like your previous month (where you were completely happy) and instead you decided to go through VRBO. As we explained the extra fees were from VRBO and you needed to take them up with them. The condo was not filthy. You were in it multiple times before you even rented it because we allowed you to check it out. You were happy with it and even said it was calmer and quieter over there. You are writing this review because you are mad and think we owe you something we do not owe you. I can say that I also rated you on VRBO. Your true colors as a renter are shining through and they are not pretty. I would imagine that the company you work for would not be okay with you harassing a local business over the phone while on the clock either. I also want to point out that we let you go look at any unit before you were placed in it and you were completely okay with it. But now because you are mad that we cannot take away VRBO's fees you are blowing us up in a review. If you had listened to me, you could have booked with me directly and I could have saved you some money. Instead you chose to go to Vrbo after having us make you a reservation, a contract, and everything. You even said " I am just waiting to see about the house I am buying and then I will know how to pay you." You were all over the map. You never returned your keys to us, we had to go hunt them down. We don't know when you actually checked out because you did not return the keys to the office which was required in your contract. You also signed a contract with VRBO stating that you were not entitled to any refunds, yet we gave you one anyway and you are now blowing us up on a review. We never told you we would refund cleaning fees because we do not have a cleaning fee. We have a linen fee, and you used the linens. You also were never cussed as you so boldly stated in your review. I hope your future stays are more pleasurable and I sincerely hope that whoever you rented from now is careful with their business dealings with you.
