Our Apartment 2 is located on the top floor; the north-facing balcony offers a magnificent view of the Wetterstein Mountains. It measures 45 m², is bright, modern, and furnished with plenty of wood; it features a bedroom with a double bed (160/200), a living room/bedroom with a pull-out couch (160/200), flat-screen TV with satellite, a fully equipped kitchen with a cosy dining area, and a shower/toilet with towels, a hair dryer, and toilet paper.

Our Haus Nistler is located in a quiet and sunny spot just a 5-minute walk from the centre. Our family-run house features two apartments in the attic—modern, bright, and inviting, with plenty of wood. Our motto: We want your holiday to be unforgettable, and we’re happy to help in any way we can.
The Seefeld region is situated on an open high plateau between the Wetterstein Mountains, the iconic Zugspitze, and the Karwendel Nature Park, forming the very heart of the Seefeld region. In winter, cross-country ski trails and winter hiking trails define the landscape, but even in summer, this sun-drenched plateau delights its guests with extensive hiking trails, varied biking routes, and culinary specialities. From the hotel straight into nature: Here, the distances are short—you just need to step outside the front door to find yourself in the midst of lush greenery and enjoy the wonderful Alpine air.
