This one bedroom plus loft condo is beautifully furnished and has a private deck on both front and back. Sleeping arrangements are comfortable as the condo has been furnished with a cozy queen bed in the master, a sleeper sofa in the living room and queen bed in the loft. In an effort to make your stay more enjoyable, the condo has a wireless internet connection and two flat screen TVs. The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for cooking meals at home or a quick lunch before a nice dinner out. Great place for our stay

We booked a last minute trip here and we’re pleased with the condition & cleanliness of the condo and its proximity to the locations we were traveling to.

Needs a little work

Check in process and communication with the property management was great. Unit itself is outdated and needs a little work. When we first got there in the evening, master toilet wasn’t working and other toilet needs to have handle held down till it completely flushes. Multiple outlets did not work throughout unit and front TV cable did not work. Front office staff had workers here next morning to fix toilet and cable and continued communication throughout stay. The unit itself is set to the back of the cluster so I wouldsuggest bringing a wagon to help with lugging groceries and other miscellaneous items to unit. This unit is also upstairs so don’t bring heavy items. Screened in porch was nice to sit and have coffee in the morning. Pool area wasgreat. I would suggest bringing volleyballs for your kids to play with on the nets in that area. Drive to the beach was not difficult. We ended up at the state park which was not a crowded location and it had restrooms for us to use.

Good location…lots of potential.

Bugs and frog coming in from outside through back door. Carpet was old, stained, and coming up. Couch smelled like urine. No internet. Not smart tv as advertised. Washer didn’t cycle so you had to switch manually. Half of outlets in bedroom didn’t work. Front door lock quit working 2days into stay. Maintenance fixed some things but couldn’t reach them after the second or third day. There were positives to property but the negatives were far greater.

Nice but missing some things

The rooms were really nice and matched the description. There were a few things missing that I wish were available such as an extra trash bag and an extra roll of toilet paper. There were some things that didn't work right like the washing machine, tv, the lights at the bottom of the outdoor stairs and the electrical upstairs. We were out a lot so we didn't bother inquiring on getting them looked at.

Family vacation celebrating our 28th anniversary

We absolutely enjoyed our Stat at the property. The only issue we had has the washing machine would not work properly and the AC unit would reset everyday to above 78 and it wound get hot in the residence.
