The location gave us a beautiful view of the grounds and ocean. We were lucky enough to catch dolphins swimming by on our first morning. It was so relaxing. The whole condo was comfortable and just what the doctor ordered.

I think the description implies that you have access to all of the amenities at Seascape resort but then when you get the information the specifics indicate which pool you can use, etc. I didn’t try to use the Anne cities at Seascape so maybe I am wrong. The ice machine that is listed as available in the garage was not working and there was no vending machine as indicated. Small things really but just inconvenient since we had to go buy ice. All in all the stay was great.

Absolutely lovely stay for reunion of longtime friends in Aptos. The condo was neat, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The view was fabulous from the double wide deck and the host communication was timely and efficient. I would highly recommend this stay to other guests!

BEAUTIFUL property, great location

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely condo with amazing views. The area is great for kids, there is a pool and a hot tub and the beach in front of the complex is gorgeous. We had a wonderful trip and can't wait to go back!
