The pool is not heated and is open from May 1st through October 15th.
Linens are provided as part of your vacation rental and the beds are made to prepare for your arrival.

This house was amazing! The pictures don't do it justice. We were a family of 8 and there were enough rooms and bathrooms to accommodate everyone. With a room to spare. The pool was an added plus. A little chilly but still a plus. You are within walking distance of the beach and boardwalk. Nice quiet neighbors and neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again.

We are a multigenerational family and family dog. Great location! Walked to town and beach and boardwalk. Had a great time grilling and using the pool. We just relaxed and had family time. The house allows you to eat inside comfortably, eat outside by the pool, and just have family time. The best! The WiFi is excellent so those of us who need to check into our real life world we can do it without a problem. All is easy! Perfect for summer fun.

Large House Three Blocks from the Beach

The house accommodated our 11 person group and there were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone. The location was very convenient to walk to all the great parts of Rehoboth Beach.

Great location. Beach & town were easily accessible. The weather was so glorious, no one used the pool. It was nice to have it nevertheless. Despite a few minor issues which Vacasa is now aware of, everything was as expected and a good time was had by all.

The property was beautiful and clean. There were only 3 recommendations that would help add to the property… 1. We noticed there weren’t any full length mirrors 2. We couldn’t find a skimmer for the pool. Although the pool looked like it had been cleaned unfortunately with the storm the pool was filled with leaves that weren’t too easy to get out. 3. The front door lock was a bit difficult to lock. We followed the instructions and then even after knowing to turn the lock (which wasn’t mentioned in the instructions) it still took several tries and minutes to lock. Overall though it was a wonderful stay!

Rehoboth House - just ok

The pros: The neighboorhood is quiet (this isn't a party neighborhood) and an easy walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The backyard is a great area to cook a meal and relax. There are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and a private area in the basement if someone needs extra space. (great for kids) The kitchen had all the plates, cups etc that's needed. The cons: There were issues with the lock so we had to wait about 30 minutes for help and to get into the house. The furniture and towels are cheap. I would suggest packing towels. There is only parking for 2 "off street" vehicles in the driveway and parking permints aren't provided for on street. The instructions were very basic so we weren't aware of parking permits or how to get them. Overall, it's not really as plush or georgous as the listing says.

We appreciated the pool and ability to include dogs. However, propane tank ran out in midst of grilling our second dinner which was quite expensive ultimately. Washing machine and dryer worked sporadically. Home should have manual to cover all appliances. Basement has mildew smell. Would be much more efficient to have direct local contact information. Awaiting a response to our request for a refund attributable to the additional costs we incurred because if the amenities which did not fully function adequately.

Family Thanksgiving 2024

We found this home welcoming and clean. The property is just a short walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The house was large and very suited for our family of 10. We had a wonderful time and would come here again. I do have to say that despite its size and cleanliness the property could use some repairs. Specifically ,one of the bathrooms up stairs has a crack in the actual tub and appears to have been leaking for some time. The water has spread to the carpet at the entrance of the bathroom and down into the main floor entryway closet. It has produced some black mold on the ceiling of the closet. A second bathroom upstairs (the one in the bedroom with the twin beds) is also leaking as evidenced by the water markings on the ceiling in the kitchen. As a multi property owner myself I know that if all of these damages are fixed now during the slower season you don't run the high risk of collapsing ceilings or worse, injury to guests, in the busier months. Also the carpet could use a good cleaning throughout the house.

Fall trip to Rehoboth

I have been coming to Rehoboth for over 50 years. My family and I have stayed in all areas of the town, but I like the county club estates area the best! It is quiet but within walking distance to the beach, boardwalk, and Rehoboth Avenue, with its many shops and restaurants. 109 Country Club has plenty of room for extended family with 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. We all enjoyed sitting outside by the pool, reading and relaxing. (The pool was not open as we stayed in October). We brought our dog and were so appreciative of the fenced in yard. Another plus is the first floor bedroom and bath for older family members. The kitchen is huge-2 ovens and plenty of utensils and cookware to make a home cooked meal. There is also a washer and dryer on the lower level. The carpet throughout the house looked well-traveled, however, and one of the bathtubs in one of the upstairs bathrooms was cracked, resulting in water leaking into the bedroom. (We didn’t realize that it was cracked, but thought it was strange that it did not have a shower curtain when we arrived, or that this problem was not communicated to us. The garbage disposal appeared to be tired, and there was a noxious smell coming from the sink. The house could use some sprucing up, but overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
