Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located well-connected place. This is a normal, regular and average-looking home, that's why we priced it very reasonably. We want to be fair, open and honest.
Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. Entire house with 2 bedrooms, 1 Florida Room ( Sofa Bed in there ), 1.5 bath, Kitchen, Laundry, Dining area, and Spacious seating area outside.
Beach is only 20 min from the location and Grocery is within walking distance.

North Port 2 BR / 1 1/2 ba home.
The house was very dirty. Many outlets don't work. This house definitely needs a professional cleaning job. It is still suffering hurricane damage & would best wait until finished before leasing out. The location was perfect for us & would love to rebook, but just can't in its current state. On the positive side, there was a new washer & dryer available for use.
