The worst vacation rental experience I vave ever had
Dishware Claim: Shortly after our departure, the owner filed a claim against our security deposit, alleging damage to the dishware. However, we never used the dishware during our stay. It was frustrating and disheartening to be falsely accused of something we didn't do. It seemed like a deliberate attempt to hold onto our security deposit unfairly.
Lack of Communication: Throughout the booking process and our stay, the owner's communication was subpar. They were slow to respond to our inquiries and provided limited information. This lack of communication made it difficult to address any concerns promptly. We would have appreciated better responsiveness and clarity from the owner.
Inadequate Documentation: The owner failed to provide a comprehensive inventory or documentation of the property's condition upon our arrival. Without such records, it became challenging to dispute the false claim effectively. It seemed as though the owner was purposely taking advantage of the situation due to the absence of evidence.
Unprofessional Conduct: The owner's conduct throughout the entire process was unprofessional. Instead of engaging in a respectful and honest dialogue, they immediately resorted to accusations and filed a claim without proper investigation or evidence. This kind of behavior reflects poorly on the owner's integrity and professionalism.
